Spacious two story home with 12beds (1 king bed, 4 queen beds, 2 full size beds, 2 full size sofa beds, and 3 folding beds) and 3 1/2 bath, within walking distance to downtown Nashville. Conveniently located off the downtown I-40/65 loop directly across the road from the Nashville Farmer’s Market and the Bicentennial Mall and down the street from Nashville's Germantown neighborhood. Free parking with space to accommodate up to 4 cars.

A short 25 minute walk or 5 minutes by car to the Broadway Honkeytonks, shopping, Nissan Stadium, and the Predators Bridgestone Arena and another few steps to the Country Music Hall of Fame and brand new Music City Center.

The main level is inviting with a large well-equipped and newly renovated kitchen with formal dining area, a large living room with comfortable sectional sofa and flat screen TV, and main level bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The second level will show you all of the comforts of home as you enjoy our spacious bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. Revel in our spacious master bedroom and private deck with spectacular views of downtown.

To get downtown, you have many choices:
- Walk 2 blocks to the Music City Circuit stop (free downtown bus service from 6AM - 6PM)
- Take a 25 minute walk

Great place for a big group!

We came here with a big group of friends for a long weekend in Nashville and had a great experience. The house was very spacious and even nicer than it looked in the pictures! The house has all the amenities you could want. When we had an issue, the hosts got back to us with a fix right away. It's also a super quick drive (or a doable long walk) to downtown Nashville, along with places in Germantown.

First time to Nashville and with VRBO. Everything was really nice. House very clean and worked well for our group. We used Uber to go back and forth to Broadway. Too hot for us to walk! We would stay again! Host was very good to work with.

Women’s Reunion

Perfect house for 6 women “of a certain age”. Beds were so very comfortable and the kitchen up to date. Our host had everything we needed at our fingertips. Location so close to downtown and Ubers were always nearby. Highly recommend!

Sisters - Brother - and in-laws

We got together for our Nashville trip from 3 different states - Florida, Mississippt and Ohio. We very much enjoyed the house. The extra ammenities were a welcoming treat. The Kitchen had everything we needed - beds were comfortable and plenty of towels - awsome !! The extra long dining table was great for a Father's Day breakfast and for our evening card games.

Fun in Music City

My oldest son moved to Nashville and my family decided to spend the 4th of July Weekend in Nashville. We had an incredible trip. The house was perfect in every way. Location and comfort were ideal for all of us. Close to the Nashville downtown area was well within walking distance. And, with the Farmer‘s Market being right across the street gave us wonderful eat-in food options. This is a high quality house with everything needed to support a memorable stay in Nashville.

Perfect stay!

Location was perfect! We only had 4 adults in our group- so the house was plenty big. Everything was clean and the owner had trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. We greatly appreciated not having to run to the store. We did not cook- just enjoyed the great food in Nashville. Beds were comfy and we would definitely stay here again. Owner communicated when needed and was easy to access.

Excellent accommodations for large family!

I can’t emphasize enough the quality of this home! Every bed was comfortable all showers had good water pressure and enough hot water for a large family. Cleanliness was 10 stars! Extras like pillows and blankets were available and the location is good. A little too far of a walk to Broadway for our group but could be done. Best VRBO we’ve stayed in so far. I highly recommend and would definitely return.

21st Birthday Nashville Trip

Owner was extremely nice and replied to emails answering any questions I had. House was nice and very clean on the inside. Our party consisted of 5 adult couples (ages 21-54) and we all had a bed…plenty of room. It was a bit far for us to walk from the house to downtown but Uber service was excellent. On my next Nashville trip I will most definitely reach out to this owner again in hopes of renting the same house!
