About this property

Perfect Home Away from Home

Thank you for taking the time to look over our property. This is a Weekend House that has been in the Family since 1976. Recently we have decided to share with others. This a cozy home that will make you want to come back year after year.

This is a two story property with the living area on the second floor.The interior of the property has been recently renovated and has all the amenities to make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed. In December 2022 we painted the exterior of the property. The second Covered Porch and wrap around balcony offers the perfect vantage point to enjoy the Sunset, Morning Coffee or just sit back and read a book. Inside you will find a remodeled kitchen with all brand new appliances, Remodeled bedrooms with new mattresses, New Couches in the living room and family room. New Smart TVs in the Living room and Master Bed Room. Plenty of windows for you to let all the light in. There are outlets with USB Ports in various parts of the house.

Although the house is so comfortable that you may not want to go outside, going to the Florida Keys is to enjoy the Sea Air and Sun. We offer a wide range of Amenities for you to enjoy this weather.

On the First Floor you will find a large covered patio, the perfect area to enjoy your days. There is a large TV, Hammock, Sitting Area, BBQ and plenty of Fans to keep the air moving around. There is also a utility room with a washer and dryer, Refrigerator/Freezer and a few outdoor games and supplies you may need.

Located in a great area near restaurants and stores, Harry Harris park is a short walk or bike ride away. This park offers beaches, Picnic Areas, Boat Ramp, Swimming Lagoon and much more.

Please Note: Absolutely No Pets Allowed On Property. This will constitute immediate termination of your stay at the property.

Perfect family house!

This house was just perfect for our family. Very convenient, 2 big terraces, 3 bedrooms (the master BR is just perfect and comfortable), by the canal (where you can swim!), 5 minutes away from the nearest grocery store, liquor store, park (beach) good restaurants, etc. But also really quiet and peaceful. Jaime was always available by text if we had any question. We spent a month there. A month in Paradise! Really! Hope we will be able to go back as soon as next year. Definitely recommended!

Year 1976 "Los Abuelos" purchased a empty lot full of hopes and dreams.
From 1976 to 1983 they constructed the lot between them and their friends and added new features every year. This home was a compilation of all their dreams and hard work. They would drive down from Miami every weekend to enjoy this property with their 2 kids and Grandson. When they retired in 1995 they moved down to this property and remained there until last year that they no longer could live alone.

This house is more than just another property, this is Our Family Home.
