The town of PRADET ideally located on the Var coast between Toulon and Hyères has both near the islands of gold (Porquerolles, Port Cros etc.) and the creeks of Cassis, 10 minutes from the beaches.
House located in the countryside pradetane (LE PRADET 83220) surrounded by wineries and land before the BLACK GLUE (protected site), you'll be both quiet and close to downtown.
This house is on a plot of 20 000m² facing south it has a surface of 70m² including the ground floor:
* KITCHEN fully equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine oven, dryer etc.)
* SALON (convertible sofa TV office can connect your satellite decoder etc.)
* BATHROOM accessible to people with limited mobility (shower to Italian etc.)
* BEDROOM bed 2 places and cupboards
TO THE FLOOR there is a mezzanine with bed 2 places and cupboards
ALL IS CONDITIONED HOUSE AND IT HAS THE WIFI

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. So schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, ein sehr gepflegter Pool, weite Sicht und eine ruhige Lage. Wir haben uns sofort richtig wohl gefühlt. Von den Gastgebern wurden wir bei unserer Anreise so herzlich begrüßt, dass wir uns gleich willkommen gefühlt haben. Bessere Gastgeber hätten wir uns nicht wünschen können, wir haben sie sehr ins Herz geschlossen. Einfach nur zu empfehlen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall sehr gerne nochmal kommen:)

Wunderschönes ruhiges Ferienhaus nah am Meer

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern (6 - 10 Jahre alt) dort und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Man ist ruhig abseits vom Trubel, hat eine tolle Aussicht und einen super Pool. Die nächsten Strände von le pradet sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Geschäfte, Bäcker und Co in 5 Minuten. Sehr nette Vermieter, die auf dem großen Gelände auch wohnen und eine Schneckenzucht betreiben. Das Ferienhaus selbst hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine im Gartenhaus, Klimaanlage, Wlan. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir überlegen wieder zu kommen.

Wunderbar!

Wir verbrachten zu viert (Kinder 11 und 8) eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar ruhig und inmitten der Natur (nebenan Weinberge und Olivenplantagen). Christine und Pierre sind super nett und gastfreundlich und waren jederzeit ansprechbar.

D’agréables vacances

Nous avons passés 15 jours de rêve. Oú la chaleur et le cadre ont été magnifiques pour toute notre famille. La piscine et l’emplacement rêvé pour passer de bons moments. Excellent séjour

Nous sommes restés 15 jours dans cette très jolie maison. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région est au calme pour passer de très bons moments en famille. La maison est décorée avec goût et très fonctionnelle. Terrain très agréable avec piscine , idéal pour les enfants. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Nous recommandons.

Nous avons passé un super moment dans cette maison très agréable et au calme, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances.
