With over 200’ of private lake frontage, bay windows, 2 fireplaces, 2 private docks, and plenty of interior space for your entire family, this colonial-style home offers the convenience of residential amenities with a premier view of Alder Lake, giving you access to all 10 lakes on the MW Chain of 10 Lakes. After a long day exploring northern Wisconsin, cozy up in front of the fireplace or gather around the table for game night.
The home features 2 living rooms, a formal dining room, large bedrooms, lots of closet space, 2 car garage, spacious driveway for vehicles + trailers, 2 private docks for boat parking, and a large yard.

We’ve recently update the sunroom to be a screened porch, remodeled two bathrooms, and installed new windows.

Activities:
In the summer, the sandy shoreline is perfect for wading in the water with the kiddos with a gently sloping lakeside yard that is ideal for convenient lake access. Within a 1-hour radius, our area is abundant with hiking trails, mountain biking trails, waterfalls, and many other places to explore. Bike the Heart of Vilas County Bike Trail, a 50+ mile paved bike trail that's known for its bridges and beauty. In the fall, walk the cranberry marshes and experience harvest, which is referred to as "the world's most beautiful harvest” or take a drive to entire the colorful foliage.

Located on Alder Lake, part of the Manitowish Chain of 10 Lakes, in northern Wisconsin. All 10 lakes on the Manitowish Chain are navigable from May through September. The Brick House is a scenic 10-minute drive from Manitowish Waters, 30 minutes from Minocqua, and 45 minutes from Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

Nice property!

We made the best for snowmobiling, looks like we missed all the snow! We ended up trailering up to Mercer and rode north from there. Trails were great. The house was really nice n plenty of room with all the amenities needed. Thank you!

Endless Activities

We had people of all ages and noone at any point was bored! The family rooms are large enough to accommodate quite a few people and there are also plenty of rooms if people want to split up in smaller groups. We had fun sledding and truly enjoyed the views in winter! We're hoping to be able to return in other seasons as well. Wonderful location and very well kept house! Becca was responsive and accommodating, thank you!!

Perfect Northwoods Getaway

We had an amazing stay at the Brick House! Becca was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and very helpful. The house itself was very roomy and yet cozy at the same time. My mother uses a wheelchair and had no problem navigating the house. The house sits right on the lake. It was such a beautiful view. The two docks were great to tie up our fishing boat and fish off of. The provided kayaks were a ton of fun! We definitely hope to return next fall! I would highly recommend the Brick House for your stay in Manitowash Waters!

Excellent stay

We had a great time at the Brick House. The communication with the management was also responsive and polite. Everything was exactly what we wanted and more! So many amenities, such a beautiful property with all the privacy we hoped for. Thanks to Becca for being so helpful with all the questions!
