Latitude A (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom):
Open living room with comfortable seating, table seating for 6, flat-screen smart TV, and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Both bedrooms are furnished with King beds and smart flatscreen TVs. No washer or dryer or outdoor space is offered on this site.

Latitude B (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom):
Open living room with comfortable seating, table seating for 6, flat-screen smart TV, and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Two bedrooms are furnished with King beds and smart flatscreen TVs. The third bedroom is furnished with two double beds. There are an in-unit washer and dryer. This side of the duplex is pet-friendly for one adult dog under 50lbs, with an additional fee. There is a small backyard area which also offers a gas grill for cookouts.

This home is perfect for families and friends getaways looking for a great location and room to spread out, but still, be together! There is off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles in the back of the duplex. Wifi is available. Please note the maximum adult occupancy of this property is 12 or 14 if at least 2 guests are under the age of 12.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
