Also, you will be just 2 blocks to Jaycee Park which includes a walking path, playground, and more. This single-family home has an open feel, with the main living spaces on the second level of the home. The open floor plan in the living and dining area offers comfort and function. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar seating for three. The large dining table seats 8. The living room is nicely furnished and includes a Flat screen TV. Beach Song includes 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 9 with the twin rollaway bed available at the home. The primary bedroom, on the main level, has a King size bed, TV, and an attached bathroom with a luxurious waterfall shower. Bedroom 2 has another King size bed and a TV (there is no cable access in this room). Also on this level, the Bedroom 3 is perfect for kids, and has two twin beds.
