Great property and location. The property had the ground floor finished, which made the space and layout great for 10 people. Kitchen layout and space were great, as well as the bedrooms. Location was excellent as well, walking distance to the North Beach.

Was a great place for our family of 5 and dog. Great walk to the beach and local restaurants and quiet streets. Nice and relaxing spot away from the busier part of the island. The water on this side of the island is calm if you prefer more of a lakeside.

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful and clean. Access to the beach was not bad at all, we took our golf cart to the next road down and we were steps away from the beach. Check in and check out very smooth. Differently will want to return here!

It was a very nice property, close to the beach and other amenities. There was something for everyone. The pool was a good distance away, but otherwise we had a wonderful experience.

The space was great for our family, which included children and grandchildren. Enjoyed the playroom. The refrigerator was in need of some care and possibly a few other things for cleaning offered since there isn’t a grocery store open many hours close by. The sliding door was a little difficult to open and claw but we got the hang of it by the time we left.

Okay, this place was immaculately clean. And it was a very short walk to a beautiful beach. “Heated Pool Access “, however is a stretch. The pool wasn’t what I consider walkable. Otherwise, a great getaway for our family.

So much space for the 7 of us and our two pups. Perfect location by the beach. Had plenty of plate ware and utensils for cooking. Just missing a large pot for spaghetti. Awesome little coffee spot and shop within walking distance. The go to place every morning.

This property was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to everything on Tybee. The beach access close by led to an almost private beach where we watched dolphines feed.sevetimes a day.

Great family fun rental!

We went on a short vacation with 5 adults and (1) 10 year old. There was a ton of space, the rooms are super nice and roomy, such a great place for family fun, or a gathering of adults. We played ping pong every night. Great location that's close to so much!
