My check in process was horrible. Never received a text with my codes for the doors until 7pm. Check in was 4pm. We were stuck standing outside until after I called multiple times!! The person I spoke with was giving me a code to a different rental that wasn’t even ours!!!! House and location were great but our weekend started off badly.

Great stay!
Great location for a girls weekend trip. I was a little nervous after reading reviews about the 2nd and 3rd floor being warm but the air conditioning worked just fine! The house was clean and we had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Bachelorette Fun
Stayed here for a bachelorette trip and loved it! The place was in walking distance to everything and had such a unique character. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location. Property has issues
This is a great spot in the city but the building is way overdue for maintenance. The bottom floor has a great AC unit but the top two have very inadequate window units. It failed to cool down even in November! Most of the outlets on the upper two floors do not work. You may have to switch between making coffee and charging your cell phone on the bedside table. The deck situation is very strange. The first unit has a decent sized deck that has a shared set of steps to the private residence on the ground floor. The other two have shared fire escapes with some deck area but not much room for 2 or 3 people to stand and talk.
