Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad the location and the home provided a nice place to relax after sightseeing. I’m sorry the lockbox lid was difficult to lift and that the back-right bedroom’s mattress was uncomfortable and squeaky. We’ll have the lockbox mechanism checked and entry instructions clarified, and we’ll have maintenance inspect that bed to repair or replace it as needed. Maintenance has been notified to inspect and repair the shower drain and to secure the pedestal sink. Housekeeping and maintenance will also check the bed frame and mattress and will evaluate replacement options if needed. We’ll review the furnishings and decor and prioritize updates where they will most improve guest comfort. I’m also sorry parking was a hassle — we will review our parking instructions/signage and look for ways to ease this going forward.
