Three bed room, beach- front end unit with magnificent views, on the11 floor.

our condo is part of a high rise( the Galvestonian) which is located on the east side of Galveston. The beach is a private beach, so it not crowded, quiet , wide and clean. The high rise is built on the sand, there are no streets to cross or cars to worry about.
Our condo is a spacious three-bedroom, end unit with views of the Gulf and Bay, located on the eleventh floor. it is Facing the north, south, and west sides. You can enjoy the magnificent panoramic views of sunrise and sunset from our three balconies. You can enjoy the beach view from the two large balconies and the spacious living area, and watch trains of ships sailing from the north end. The graceful gliding pelicans are lovely to watch at sunset while having a cup of coffee or tea and sitting on the large balcony. AT 5 pm, you can watch the huge ships with large numbers of tourists leaving the States to visit other countries and different cities.
Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds, and one has two twin beds. Additionally, we have a sofa bed in the living room that accommodates up to 2 people, allowing for a comfortable stay for up to 8 people. It features a large smart TV in the living area, two smaller TVs in the bedrooms, a complete, well-equipped kitchen which has an oven, aa electric stove with four heads, a large microwave, a dishwasher with sterilizing capabilities, a garbage disposal, a garbage compactor, a coffee maker, an electric portable water heater, an electric can opener, plenty of dishes, cups, bots, and utensils.
The condo features two full bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and bathtub, and the other with a shower. A washer and dryer unit in a closet; please bring your soap and softener. Cleaning equipment is also in a closet.
The Galvestonian Condo building features a year-round heated pool, an Olympic-size swimming pool, and a large Jacuzzi. Clean towels are provided for use around the swimming pool and on the beach, and must be replaced with clean ones from the front desk before heading to the condo.
Our building features a lovely flower garden and facilities for owners and their guests to gather under an umbrella and grill for a family-style meal. Umbrellas and chairs are available for rent at the beach from the Sea La Vie store, telephone 409-457-9544. You need to reserve at least one day in advance. Early in the morning, they will place the umbrellas and chairs on the beach, marked with the rental's name.
There are tennis and Pickle ball courts, a small gym, and a covered cabana that can be rented with a reservation made a few days in advance. Also, a 24-hour/7-day front desk service is available. There are several excellent restaurants, children's activities, fishing opportunities, and protected bird areas nearby. Our condo is located a few minutes away from the strand and other essential features in Galveston.
You will enjoy the art pictures ornamenting the walls and other artifacts, making your stay quite memorable.
