Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking allowed only in designated 6th floor area - NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON THE UNIT BALCONY
Wrist bands and swim covers are required on the 6th Floor.

We had a great time! Loved the decor and the condo was perfect for our family of six. I would suggest having a drying rack to help with damp pool/beach towels, but otherwise the condo was well-supplied. We enjoyed the movie theater, game room, heated pool, outdoor grill, and large hot tub.

AMAZING!!! Even thought we only had one day of beach weather - we enjoyed every minute of our stay! The heated pool and hot tub that overlooks the beach saved the vacation. Beautiful view, the condo was immaculate, great gym, the hosts are incredibly helpful and the staff at the condo are very friendly. The location is close to the Strand and the Pier. 5 stars!!!!!!

We have a family of 5 and this condo was perfect for our stay. Very clean and exactly what we were expecting. We had friends stay in other condos in the building and this condo was well stocked and communication was excellent. My wife and I have friends who have owned a unit at the Emerald for several years, and we have so much fun coming down to Galveston! The Emerald is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the ocean straight from your room or pool! There are many fun activities throughout the year, and we really enjoy our visits! The Emerald is a beautiful luxurious property, and we decided to purchase our own unit!

Why they chose this property

Unit 701 is a large corner unit with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms which is perfect for our family! It has a fabulous balcony large enough for us to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine at sunset! The Emerald has a beautiful heated pool over looking Stewart Beach and the ocean sunsets are magnificent. The kids spend more time at the pool than they do at the beach! And when you are ready for the beach, it is just a few steps away to the prettiest beach in Galveston! It is also only 2 miles to the Galveston Strand with lots of restaurants and shops!

The Emerald has 3 large outdoor kitchen areas for those who enjoy grilling! The movie and game room provide additional activities for the family to enjoy.
