Charming house in the heart of the Provencal village of Roquebrune sur Argens. typical village of the region with its place, petanque and for the greediest I recommend a visit of the chocolate museum.
Near Lake Arena where you can swim, paddle boating or waterskiing with a beautiful view of the rock of Roquebrune.
Many hiking trails depart 200 meters above the house and will lead you to the 25 bridges, the neck of Valdingarde or Rock.
A golf course is located at the gates of the city.
The 100 m² house has 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed 160, one with a double bed 140, 1 with two bunk beds and 1 child bed), a bathroom, a kitchen, d a living room, a dining room, a terrace of 10 sqm.
The garden of 80 m² with trees and flowers is nice, a plancha, a barbecue and deck chairs are available.
You can enjoy a drink in the garden lounge or simply cool off in the pool (above ground diameter 2.40m).
