In terms of the facilities the property had all the basics.
For us it scored low because the property was in need of a major upgrade. While the rooms were neat and tidy the building had a dated feeling. The shower room had mould. Some of the furniture was shabby and the sofa in the living room was most uncomfortable.
Where the property was really lacking was outside. It was not well maintained and is need of a major cleanup. There was no garden as such but rather a collection of unkempt bushes and shrubs.
The owner was responsive in making the rental arrangements and did provide good customer service but I would not recommend this property because I expected a higher level of class. Perhaps it's good value for the expensive Riviera but the next time I would certainly spend more.
The area has lots of great restaurants and is an easy drive to interesting sites.
