The Perch is located on our 100-acre private ranch, where guests have access to the trails across the main property, to the ponds, river and riverfront, and also the 1500 sq ft deck and screened gazebo down at the river (subject to availability) . The space is fresh and bright, providing a year-round, comfortable and relaxing environment. Stay, enjoy the company of friends and family, and unwind in a natural and tranquil setting. The Main Bedroom has a King that can be split into two Twin XLs and another door for direct access to the covered patio. The Bunk Room has two Bunks (Twin XLs, with reading lights and curtains for privacy) and includes a sofa and TV . The Bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and WC. The open plan living area includes a full kitchen (with ice-maker fridge-freezer), comfortable lounge area and dining table for six. The Perch has a large covered patio, with a BBQ, dining table, and fantastic views of Mt. Garfield and out across the hay fields down to the river. We also have an indoor storage area for bikes, kayaks, paddleboards and any other toys you'd like to bring with you.

The riverfront and deck are great areas to enjoy a BBQ or campfire, to play games and to generally enjoy the serenity of our stretch of the Colorado. For those interested in floating the river, we have excellent put-in/take-out access. Guests can also explore our 45-acre riparian habitat, which is a great place to see an array of wildlife.
