This property is so well situated for a vacation or even to stay if on a work assignment. It is close to a main road but the traffic noise is not an issue at all. It is clean, incredibly well stocked with everything one would need (bathroom products, laundry needs, dishwashing, wipes, trash bags etc); the hosts respond to queries immediately; plenty of area specific informative brochures were provided; we felt safe, and the neighborhood is quiet. We highly recommend this vacation home!

Our group was 4 people, my wife and I and our two adult children. For us it was plenty of space. Each daughter got her own room and bathroom, which helped everything go smoothly. We cooked every meal in, and the kitchen worked great for us. It's also a great location, since it's within walking distance of downtown Grand Junction and also near a trail along the Colorado River. If we decide to come back to Grand Junction next year, we will definitely want to stay at this property.
