This adorable barnhouse is a great spot. Beautiful views from every window. Lots of space for spreading out. Indoor and outdoor activities to keep everyone entertained. The finishes are high-end (gorgeous tile in the kitchen!) and beds are comfortable. You just can't go wrong.

We had a great time at our stay! The house was nicely updated, very clean, and well maintained. Sitting in the hot tub with views of the Book Cliffs is a pretty incredible experience. The area was also quiet yet convenient to access Grand Junction and Fruita. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great Getaway

Loved our stay here. We were in town for a youth softball tournament and the house made a great relaxing retreat in between games and the evenings. We brought our two dogs who loved the property as well!

Fantastic place

I spent multiple nights here while in the area for work and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was a nice peaceful place outside the hustle and bustle of a town stay to unwind at the end of the day. The house itself is very nice with everything one could need for the stay. Sabrina was also very responsive and helpful during the stay. Highly recommend!
