High Desert Haven is a cozy, family-friendly 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat that’s perfect for any type of traveler — whether you're here to adventure, relax, or reconnect.
The master suite features a king bed and private bathroom, while two additional bedrooms offer queen beds, and a fourth bedroom has two twin beds — perfect for kids or extra guests. Every bedroom has its own smart TV for your comfort.
The spacious living room features a large, comfy sectional and a 75" smart TV — great for movie nights after a day of exploring.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including an air fryer, toaster, NutriBullet, and a full coffee station with K-cups, coffee beans, and a grinder. Spices and cooking basics are also provided for your convenience.
Step outside to a fully fenced backyard designed for both fun and relaxation:
-Comfy outdoor seating and a dining table
-Air hockey table (that converts to ping pong!)
-Fire pit with four chairs
-Dog door for furry friends to come and go safely

Hi, I'm a Colorado native originally from the Denver Front Range. In 2020, my daughter and I made the move to the Western Slope and quickly fell in love with the Fruita and Grand Junction area. The endless opportunities for hiking, paddle boarding, floating the river, camping, and snowboarding made it the perfect fit for our outdoor-loving lifestyle.
After two amazing years exploring everything this area has to offer, I decided to make Fruita our permanent home and bought this house. We lived here for three wonderful years, creating memories and truly enjoying every corner of this cozy space. Now, I’m excited to share our little oasis with guests—we hope you’ll love it just as much as we have!

After a day of adventure, kick back on the game patio featuring ping pong, air hockey, cornhole, and a cozy fire pit. It's a great space for fun, unwinding, and making memories—with your pup by your side!
