Great stay at this family and pet friendly home. Has everything you would want in your own home. Clean and well stocked. Super convenient to local businesses and nearby sights. Would definitely recommend.

Great location within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks and rec center. Appreciated the dog friendly home and fenced-in yard as well as the use of the garage to store bikes. We stayed for a week and found the home to be well stocked with necessary items. We loved our time in Fruita! Great town!

Worked remotely here for a month with my significant other (wifi worked great). Perfect location for everything Fruita and great spot for visiting the national parks on the weekend.

Fruita in May

Great escape for May. Wonderful location. Easy walk to Community Center, pickleball courts, stores and restaurants. Bike trails very close by and we loved the covered patio.
