Great location within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks and rec center. Appreciated the dog friendly home and fenced-in yard as well as the use of the garage to store bikes. We really enjoyed our stay overall and found the place to be comfortable and well-located right by down town fruita. The layout worked well for our family, and the home had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Our main reason for giving four stars instead of five was cleanliness. While the home was generally fine, it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked upon arrival, and a bit more attention to detail in that area would have made a big difference. That said, it didn’t ruin our stay, and we were still able to enjoy our time there.With a deeper clean between guests, this would easily be a five-star place. We would consider staying again and appreciate the overall experience.

Outdoor activities include the Colorado National Monument, Grand Mesa, the Book Cliffs, North Fruita Desert, and more! Ski and snowboard at Powderhorn less than one hour away.
