We had such a great time when we stayed at the Atchee III. The house was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Most importantly, the dogs loved the fully fenced back yard. The house was located close to downtown so it was within walking distance to the Fall Festival that was going on during our time in Fruita. We absolutely loved our stay at Atchee III and will rent it again when we come back to town.

We stayed at the Atchee House for a long weekend to attend our daughter's senior recital at Mesa. This house was very comfortable, warm, and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and close to downtown coffee shops and restaurants. We would plan another stay at this house in the future and now hesitate to recommend it to friends.

Charming home in convenient location

This home is sold as a one bedroom or three bedroom, as two can be locked off. I accidentally booked the larger unit when i didn't notice the different options on VRBO. Be sure to check when making your reservation. Other than that, everything was smooth and easy, unit was clean and week supplied, and the channing home is within walking distance to town. Great stay!

the house was just perfect. We enjoyed hanging out and cooking in the kitchen and relaxing in the family room. There were plenty of beds, and a nice big backyard for our dog. Two couples enjoyed the ample room In this super clean and functional home. The grill and amazingly large back yard made an enjoyable spot for outdoor dinner on the patio. Cozy clean house close to town

We LOVED this house. We have a lot of family in the area and it was nice to have a place to ourselves but still be able to host. The back and front yard are so beautiful and the house is very clean and well stocked. I was able to cook many large meals with the equipment provided. I love that is is updated but kept a lot of its original charm that so many Fruita houses were originally built with. It reminded me of being at my grandmas house when I was a kid. It is so close to all of the restaurants and we loved walking and riding our bikes around. We will definitely be back!

Cute House

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. It's an old house, but it's been extensively renovated. Being able to bring our dogs was a huge plus, as was the fully fenced in back yard. Other than having the wrong filters for the coffee maker, the kitchen seemed to be well stocked and furnished with newer appliances. Beds were a little soft for our liking, but we slept well. The king sized bed is tucked into a nook, making it a little difficult to get in and out of, but there's really nowhere else to put it. We liked the mini-split heat pumps, the on-demand hot water and the heated floors in the bathrooms, giving us the ability to control the temperature in individual rooms and spaces. Nice neighborhood, plenty of sidewalk to walk the dogs and it was a short walk to "into town".

We like the location because of the location to downtown - Just 3 blocks from coffee, dining and pubs. The huge backyard very nice with green grass and fully fenced. The kitchen flows and is wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. The outdoor patio is also super convenient!
