Peaceful setting at the end of the road with expansive vistas of the Book Cliffs, Grand Mesa, and Colorado National Monument. Indoor and outdoor space curated for optimal comfort and calm. Spectacular sunsets, sunrises, and stargazing to bookend your days of exploring all the Grand Valley offers. Close to trails and town yet in a world all its own. The perfect fit for adventuring, relaxing, and everything in between.
Desert Gemini Ranch is a 2000 square foot retreat on five acres bordered by BLM land and farm fields. This is a rural retreat at its best and only six miles from downtown Fruita.
The living, kitchen, and dining space is a light and open floor plan, perfect for gathering or relaxing. The large windows offer amazing views looking out to Colorado National Monument and the Grand Mesa.
The split floor plan creates privacy for the primary bedroom with large en suite bathroom. The additional three bedrooms are tucked quietly on the west side of the home. All bedrooms have queen beds. The three bedrooms on the west side of the home share a large bathroom with double sink. A half bath is located off the kitchen.
Outside, sitting areas are intentionally designed throughout the property for taking in the views in every direction. The home and land nurture a calm and comfortable vibe.
