This is a great three-bedroom house with a pet-friendly, private back yard. It is very close to the main road it to the desert bike trails, and within a mile of downtown. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe (though there is some street noise if you're out in the excellent hot tub, due to that main road). We would definitely stay there again! The hosts were great and I appreciate that they didn't outsource the property management

This property is top notch. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. A lot of properties advertise as pet friendly, but this one actually IS pet friendly, with a dog bed and filled water bowl on arrival. The yard and landscaping (which we have found to be lacking in most VRBO’s) was spectacular. Very quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants.We would 100% recommend and will definitely return in the future.

The location and accommodations were excellent. We got welcomed by some sparkling water and snacks, which was great given we drove in really late. Super comfortable , clean and well taken care of. I appreciated the bathrooms, the outdoors spaces and well everything! It was the perfect spot for our little getaway. Thank you !

Location was great and the house was cute and a perfect sport for a little family. Kids loved the hot tub. There was some strong urine smells that started to invade one of the rooms and living room, and some ant traps would be very useful but other then that the house was great.

Jake was wonderful and let us check in early. Welcomed us with drinks and snacks, which was very thoughtful! We also had a small issue and he was very communicative and attempted to resolve the problem, which we greatly appreciated.The house itself is very cozy, the kids enjoyed the hot tub and the nice backyard. Overall we had a lovely stay at Jake's place in Fruita.

Lovely home and decor. Very comfortable couch. Loved the beds and pillows. Very comfortable to sleep on. The bathrooms were very nice with all the amenities. Lots of towels and toilet paper. The patio and hot tub were awesome. There was only Streaming TV. No local channels but in a way that was good cuz my husband would have been watching TV all the time and didn't because of it.Kitchen just needed a few more pans for cooking and maybe a few more utensils.Coffee mugs are very small so we just bought some.Wine glasses would have been nice.When we arrived there were ant trays everywhere in the kitchen. Didn't have a problem with ants until the last day. I have sent a message to the host about it. I am sure they will take care of the problem. I had one other incident and they immediately took care of it.
