This is a very clean, cute place to stay. They have some nice touches for guests (popcorn maker!), and I felt like the house was even better than the pictures. Thanks for having us!
The property was full equipped and in a good location. The house was very clean. The only downside to the stay was the furniture and the beds were notthat comfortable
This is the first property that we have stayed at that actually gave you enough towels! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need to cook with. Shall I mention the back deck and the view! Spectacular! Thanks for hosting us!
We booked this property for it’s proximity to bike trails and also to explore some real estate in GJ. Check in process was easy, house was perfect for what we were looking for. There’s a huge deck out back with beautiful views, but it was windy as hell so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked to. We explored downtown, Colorado Nat Monument and Fruita, and the property was pretty close to all 3. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. The property was clean, yeah the couches were a little uncomfortable, but we were not there to lounge around. Nice showers, bathrooms and a large kitchen if you want to cook a meal. Overall, we liked it and would stay there again.
Good. Micro wave was not clean. Several of the frying pans were dirty but otherwise it was clean. Queen Mattress in the 2nd bedroom needs to be replaced somewhat uncomfortable for a 74 yr old woman
Very comfortable and convenient. We came to Grand Junction to visit friends while passing through to Utah. This house was located in a quiet, family neighbourhood, was equipped with everything you could need. We loved the large back deck, wish we would have had more time to just hang out on it! Although we did not have children with us we saw a real effort to welcome them into the home this place would be great for a family with kids.
The host ‘Shar’ was very communicative and helpful. All in all, a good but short stay.

VRBO was selected for location and backyard. Photos and title made it appear as though it was a ranch property. It was located in a neighborhood which was convenient to locations to which we traveled it not a ranch properyoo
Due to mosquitoes and other bugs we were unable to enjoy the outdoor elevated patio.
House is equipped with a swamp cooler which probably saves money over an air conditioner but the swamp cooler is quite noisy and blows air directly on you if you are walking in the hall.
Electrical outlets in bathrooms were not operational.
My family of 4 had a wonderful vacation at the Redlands Ranch! There was room for everybody to be comfortable, and the house was nice and cool! We loved sitting out on the deck and looking at the beautiful view, the kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook dinner, and the location was central to everything we wanted to see. We were able to explore Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Grand Mesa, and Arches National Park. It was great to have a home base for our adventures. Thank you for a fabulous stay!
Our stay here was excellent. It was a very easy process with help booking, and accommodating when we changed gears just a little bit. House is well set up with every thing you need, and the view from the amazing deck was wonderful.
Lots of room, swamp cool is a life saver, easy to get around town from the houses location, clean and the view was exactly like I imagined. The host has great customer service!
Living room sofas are fairly old and uncomfortable, but otherwise the place is very nice.

Gigantic fence problem!
I had to leave this Vrbo early because their neighbors let their dog outside all day long and they have a dilapidated fence and the dog just sticks his face through itI’m traveling with a service dog and I wasn’t even able to complete my stay. The owner told me they cannot fix the problem. Additionally, the place was extremely dirty and dusty. I took my own shark vacuum in there and I got at least a canister full of dirt before my eyes stop watering, and there was also dog piss on one of the curtains and the walls, and I washed it for them and let them knowI would not pay to stay here if you’re looking for a yard of any kind or cleanliness
This was a great place to be for adventuring out on long drives and short trips for errands and eats. The house was roomy and comfortable for two couples. We enjoyed experiencing the endless fall of 2024 on the deck with the sunny afternoons and the cool evenings wrapped in blankets around the gas firepit. It was in close proximity to the Two Rivers Winery, the wedding venue for the destination wedding we were attending. In past visits to Grand Junction, we stayed in local hotels; this experience was much more enjoyable-well supplied, quiet and homey.
We were very comfortable staying at this home. It had everything we needed and the host was very quick to respond to the couple of questions I had during our stay.
