Great space for a friends meetup. Close to down town, botanical gardens and many parks and trails. It would be a perfect place if you were traveling with a dog. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space is very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great location, comfortable beds, modern decor, super clean, an completely stocked with towels kitchen utensils, spices, paper towels and extra trash bags! Super quiet neighborhood! Great space for the pups. Would definitely recommend an would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home!

Pet friendly fenced in yard & we sat outdoors in a shaded area. A spacious house with nice furniture, beds are comfortable & kitchen is adequately supplied. It’s a newer property & felt very clean when we arrived. We would highly recommend this property.

Our stay at Junction Escape was just what we needed for a Thanksgiving getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, utensils and glassware that we needed. The beds were comfy and the living room was perfect for relaxing and watching football. We loved the recliner sofa and loveseat!

Graduation stay

Very nice home. Comfortable couches and nice accommodations. Was in a newer area so directions were a bit strange, but lovely quiet neighborhood. Looking for a quiet home that is still close to everything, this is a gem.

The house was perfect for our quick stay in Grand Junction. The host was very communicative and welcoming. The primary bed was so comfortable and loved having a backyard for our dogs. The home was very well-stocked! My only one tiny complaint is that we weren't provided enough shampoo/conditioner for 3 people for a 3-day stay.

Wonderful property, very clean, very nicely stocked with anything we could need to get started. A lovely welcome basket with some treats and local information waiting for us! Outside fenced area was perfect for our doggo, she loved being outside with us since she is and apartment pet.Had a small issue with a rug, but reached out and was answered right away so that was great. Small issue with finding the property, and that was it is a very new neighborhood and Google maps couldn't find the street and that is not on the owner. We took our time and drove the neighborhood, it was well worth the search after we found the house! Would absolutely stay there again when in the area!
