It was the perfect location for our quick bike vacation. Great spot in town just blocks from The Hot Tomato and the rec center. Loved the back patio and outdoor space as well. Everything clean and easy to find.
What an amazing place! We absolutely loved it and felt so at home. Well stocked with anything you could need and a beautiful backyard for our dog. Thank you so much for having us! Can’t recommend this property highly enough.
Very clean and well appointed home in an excellent location. The covered patio is a great place to relax in the evenings after a day on the bikes. Short walk to town.
Property was in a great location and had everything one could need. Very clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay again if I was to visit again.
We’ve stayed here multiple times; it is always our first choice for time in Fruita. Excellent location—walkable, bikable, easy access to attractions and restaurants, yet quiet and comfy. This is a well-designed and graciously appointed home. We will be back!
The house was perfect for our family of four. Very nice details and thoughtful amenities. The porch was great for relaxing and the yard great for the kids to play in. Walk to town every night for dinner. Very responsive hosts.
This home was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the yard and we loved the proximity to town! Totally walkable. Cute inside, very clean, and incredibly helpful management staff! We will be back!!
We continue to come back to enjoy this property. It is well stocked and taken care of with all you need to relax, enjoy the beautiful backyard, safe storage for bikes and walking distance to downtown. Communication is easy and prompt with the owner and we always feel welcome.
The location was ideal walking distance every place you wanted to go, like base camp, hot, tomato into town, etc. Place was very clean and well appointed, and great backyard. It’s pretty small so it’s great for just a couple. The fire pit outback did not work. We tried several times as we were hoping to sit outside and enjoy it in the evening.

If you had an issue with the fire pit you should have let us know and we would have taken care of it. FYI it works fine. There is a safety and the knob needs to be held down for the pilot to ignite. Instructions are on the inside of the door. User error but thanks for the 4 star review.
Just a few blocks from downtown and the bike paths, this home has a great location. It has been tastefully updated, a perfect and welcoming space for a couple. We had everything we needed for cooking, enjoying town and the outdoors, and just relaxing, and we appreciated the storage shed for our bikes. We definitely plan to return.
This was our third stay at 282 Mulberry, and as always, we were delighted. The downtown Fruita location is excellent for walking around town, to local restaurants, and to the grocery store, yet it’s quiet and comfortable. The house is stocked and decorated with care, truly a place to feel at home. We also appreciate its relaxing patio and backyard as well as the secure bike storage. We will return.
This house was perfect for our needs. So clean and updated. Sometimes pictures aren’t the true reflection of a place and it was true for this location. It was even better than the pictures.

Thank you Amy. We appreciate the review and hope you can stay with us again.
We loved staying at 282 Mulberry with kids and dogs! Awesome back yard that is mostly fenced, nice patio and fire pit area and a very clean and cozy home. Rooms were perfect for a family of 4, loved all the windows in the living/dining room and great kitchen too! Very close to town, just a block and a half from Hot Tomato and 2 blocks to Bestslope Coffee. There are a few nearby properties that are a bit junky and the neighbors ’ dog did bark along the fence line quite a bit…but the property itself was perfect and we’ll definitely be back!
Would have loved this place but the fire detectors started chirping at 3am. Low batteries. There were no spare batteries and so we got no sleep. Aside from this annoyance, the property is absolutely idyllic for a small group of visiting cyclists. We just got unlucky.
