2 blocks from downtown Fruita

Mulberry house. Walking distance to downtown and 2 blocks away from the Hot Tomato. Huge backyard with covered patio, fire pit, and lockable shed for bikes and gear. The backyard is fenced on 3 sides and open at the driveway. Newly remodeled with all new windows, appliances, cabinets, floor, furniture, and we added air conditioning! Come stay and enjoy Fruita. Lots of hiking and mountain biking just minutes away. Our place is fully stocked for you to enjoy. We allow dogs only with a pet fee. The pet fee covers one dog. We allow 2 but we do charge an extra $50 for the 2nd dog.

The property was very clean, walking distance to everything you needed and very quiet and private with the wooden fence around the back yard. The gas fire pit worked great and the beds were comfortable. Only stayed 1 night but was impressed with the effort of the host. Don’t overthink it…. Just stay here and be happy.

Great spot near downtown allowed us to easily walk to restaurants and shops. Huge driveway and backyard let us sprawl out and enjoy the sun. Kitchen is well equipped and home is cozy but modern. This was our third stay, we’ll be back.

It was the perfect location for our quick bike vacation. Great spot in town just blocks from The Hot Tomato and the rec center. Loved the back patio and outdoor space as well. Everything clean and easy to find.

Charming Fruita Home

We continue to come back to enjoy this property. It is well stocked and taken care of with all you need to relax, enjoy the beautiful backyard, safe storage for bikes and walking distance to downtown. Communication is easy and prompt with the owner and we always feel welcome.
