Very well appointed and a beautiful property with nice touches you don’t expect in a VRBO. The spot is an oasis in the middle of the town of Fruita. Karen has done a fabulous job of fitting it out with everything one needs and a little more. We especially liked the beautiful hand thrown ceramics for all the cups and dishes (some of which you can purchase!!!). Lovely spot. We will return.

Staying here was lovely. The place is beautiful, clean, comfortable and has everything you will need. Fantastic location with outdoor seating areas in the shade of trees. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Close to N. Desert and Kokopelli trail systems. Great stay, highly recommend!

Very cute unit nestled in the trees and close to town. The owner was very helpful and accommodating for our stay and communicated quickly with any questions we had. The unit is decorated with pieces from local artists that you can purchase as well. Definitely recommend!

Amazing house, great host!

The house is beautiful and had some really cool art! My pup was a long for the ride and had a nice big yard to run around in. It's located in the heart of Fruita, close to restaurants and shops. It's such a cute town.

Wonderful cottage

I just love this place. It is so peaceful, and all the beautiful pottery and artwork throughout the guesthouse is amazing! It’s everything that you would need for a quiet place to relax. The little enclosed dog area is excellent and my dogs thoroughly enjoyed it.

Cousins Weekend with Fur Babies

The property was clean, centrally located, Karen, the host super friendly and nice. Loved the dog run. Even though the property was off a road, it felt quit secluded.

Excellent stay

Excellent property on shaded lot. Interior clean and inviting. Owner lives next door and is friendly and knowledgeable about area. Well placed for visiting Colorado National Monument and other attractions. Would stay again.
