The house was clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was nice, close to downtown, great walking path nearby, friendly neighbors. Very pet freindly. Storm was an excellent host she responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. Would definitely rent again if we ever go back to Fruita.

The house was perfect for our family of 6. Very clean and cozy. We had a wonderful stay. The back yard was great for our kids and hanging with family. The host was great, very nice and friendly. The neighbors were very nice as well. We would definitely stay here again if we ever travel to the area.

Awesome place to stay! Yard was fun for the kids, loved that it was fenced. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of beds, space so everyone was happy! Host was great at communicating, loved the property!

We were a group of 4 adults in Fruita to bike/hike/enjoy the town. Major pros: host was responsive to pre-booking questions, property was spotless, side-parking fit our oversized vehicle, fenced in yard for dog, walkable to downtown, outdoor firepit for night cocktail time, mattresses were so comfortable, couch was huge & comfy for all of us to enjoy at same time. Will stay here again next time we come thru Fruita.
