Orangerie Château de Boussay - Swimming pool - Golf - 15 Prs Max

Full of charm and light, this Orangery is an outbuilding of the Château de Boussay. It is fully fenced and independent, as is the swimming pool located within the orangery. The orangery is fully rented for each rental.
Small village renowned for its calm and relaxed lifestyle, Boussay is located between Tours and Poitiers, 9km from La Roche Posay, spa town which houses an 18-hole golf course and a casino.

The orangery was completely restored in 2010 and is closed by an enclosure, outside of which it is possible to walk in the alleys of the castle.

The house reconciles the beauty of old stones with the comfort of modern. The main room, which is almost 70m², is bathed in light from morning to evening because of its 4.5 meters high ceiling and its huge rounded windows.

In winter, a large fireplace allows you to fully enjoy the magnificent surroundings. Dining room and fully equipped contemporary open kitchen. Terrace overlooking the garden for lunch and dinner in the sun.

The orangery can accommodate 14 people in 3 double bedrooms and 3 bedrooms with single beds (4 bunk beds in one, 3 single beds in the other, a single bed in the last adjoining one of the master bedrooms).

3 bathrooms, 1 shower room, 4 toilets. Linen and sheets are provided. Possibility of cleaning up on departure (paying).

Private pool of 10m x 5m. It is generally open from June 20 to September 20.

Possibility to rent horses by the hour, which will be brought directly to you in the garden of the orangery.

18-hole golf course 9 km away, Tennis, Spa at the Thermes de La Roche Posay (9 km).

prima lokatie echter wel wat lastige ligging van drie slaapkamers

algemene ruimte voldeed prima voor onze groep alleen drie slaapkamers moest men door eerste slaapkamer om toilet douche en er uit te gaan en is geen ideale situatie. Verder een idyllissche plek wat veel vergoed

Slecht onderhouden en vuil

Het huis heeft 2 grote slaapkamers en 1 kinderslaapkamer met stapelbedden en twee badkamers. De overige kamers beschreven in de advertentie zijn vochtig en enkel bereikbaar via een vervallen en onveilige buitentrap of door de andere slaapkamer. De benedenverdieping is ronduit vuil. Een veel te kleine en vieze ijskast, keukengerief en lades kleven van het vuil. Speelgoed is vuil en stuk. Stoelen aan de eettafel zijn stuk, parasol buiten is stuk, Wifi werkt niet en er is amper bereik via 3 of 4G. De vele verlengsnoeren her en der zijn onveilig voor kinderen. De verhuurder was met vakantie en moeilijk bereikbaar. De persoon die het inchecken verzorgde, deed dat duidelijk tegen haar zin en was niet hulpvaardig. Jammer, want de Orangerie zou een mooie plek kunnen zijn, maar dan is er heel veel onderhoudswerk nodig. Het viel ons erg tegen, we zijn dan ook vroeger vertrokken.

Nous avons trouvé l'espace extérieur de cette location tout à fait agréable , grand jardin clos, bel espace piscine bien aménagé et sécurisé. La grande pièce à vivre est très vaste et agréable. Toutefois les chambres présentées comme six véritables chambres n'est pas conforme à la réalité. Il y a une "cellule" avec deux lits superposés avec accès extérieur à la maison , et une chambre accessible à quatre pattes qui est accessible en passant par une autre. Une salle de douche dans laquelle on doit se mettre à genoux pour se regarder dans une glace et dans laquelle la douche tient avec du scotch. En réalité, il n'y a que quatre chambres et deux s d b confortables. La sécurité avec de très jeunes enfants n'y est pas assurée !!!! Une porte fenêtre à l'étage donne directement sur la terrasse sans garde fou !! deux escaliers extérieurs sont très dangereux surtout un qui donne dans une cave et pour lequel il n'y a pas de porte. Cerise sur le gâteau la location n'était pas propre à notre arrivée (frigo sale, poubelles entourées d'un essaim de mouches, toiles d'araignées et poussière partout ). Malgré toutes ces remarques nous avons été heureux de nous retrouver dans ce vaste lieux tous réunis en famille.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Orangerie de Boussay. La maison et son environnement correspondaient en tous points à nos attentes et à l'idée que nous nous étions faite du lieu. Le couple en charge de l'accueil a été très disponible et attentif, le propriétaire arrangeant. Nous conseillons cette maison pour se retrouver dans un cadre un peu excpetionnel, très calme et reposant. Cerise sur le cadeau : 3 jours de soleil en pleins décembre.

Very nice place in a beautiful location!

The orangerie is very nice and comfortable. The location is perfect in a quiet little village right near the castle. We've spent a great week here and enjoyed also the swimming pool.

Merveilleux

Nous venons de passer un week end entre amis avec des enfants. Tout s est merveilleusement bien passé. Cette orangerie a été restaurée avec goût. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire. Les activités ne manquent pas entre la piscine, balade à vélo et longues marches. C'est une belle campagne paisible avec son village adorable. Je vous recommande cet endroit.

Fantastique

Long week-end extraordinaire, vielles pierres, charme fou, piscine, randonnées à cheval, ballades dans le parc, un vrai voyage dans le temps, on se prend au jeu de la vie de château. Je recommande les yeux fermés. ACP
