This country house offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.

Upon arrival, you'll discover a welcoming living area comprising a comfortable lounge with a wood-burning stove (wood provided), a sofa area with a TV, and a convivial dining area.

The kitchen, located nearby, is fully equipped for your stay: refrigerator with freezer, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

On the ground floor, the house has two separate bedrooms:

one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm),

one bedroom with two single beds.

You will also find a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

👉 Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

Outside, enjoy an enclosed area with seasonal furniture, ideal for relaxing and soaking up the peace and quiet of the countryside.

You can also safely observe the famous natural spring, which provides water year-round from the earth. With a bit of luck, you might run into the owner feeding his two goats and sheep.

Don't hesitate to ask him what the white bucket in the spring is for… a little curiosity that's sure to delight young and old alike!

The house is directly accessible from the small local road and has private parking.

Le Grand-Pressigny, located just 5 minutes from the house, offers all essential shops: bakery, newsagent/tobacconist, mini-market, bar, and several restaurants. You can also discover numerous local farms offering direct sales of their produce.

This charming village, renowned for its Museum of Prehistory, will captivate you with its picturesque lanes leading to the fortress and its three historic wash houses.

Located at the southern tip of Touraine, Le Grand-Pressigny is close to the departments of Vienne (Poitevin plateau) and Indre, famous for the Brenne ponds.
