'La Barillère' is a 3 star gîte which can accommodate 6 people with 'all modern comforts', functional and quiet, located in Touraine du Sud, a region steeped in history, literature and gastronomy. Magnificently restored with ecological materials, the gîte is part of a group of buildings from an old 19th century farm. You are transported to a region rich in prehistory, close to Futuroscope, Brenne aux mille ponds and the Valley of its castles. On the ground floor there is a living room of 26 m², a separate fitted kitchen, the toilet and the shower room. Upstairs 3 attic bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single twin beds, 1 with 2 single beds). All rooms are equipped with a television! Cot and high chair available on request. Wifi, parking, terrace, barbecue, garden, swimming pool shared with the owner from mid-May to mid-September depending on weather conditions (access times to be checked on site).
