About this property

110m² village house near ski resorts.

Rental in a 110 m² village house in a place called Prelles in the town of St Martin de Queyrieres, in a quiet area, 10 minutes from the Serre-Chevalier ski lifts.

Ground floor: Large entrance hall, 1 bedroom as well as an independent WC and bathroom with bathtub.
Upstairs, beautiful living room, paneled in larch, 40 m², with large balcony equipped with table and chairs.
On the 2nd floor, almost 30m², equipped with a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and separate WC.
The 2 bathrooms have just been renovated.

Comfortable house: equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, 107 cm TV, WiFI available and essential raclette and fondue devices.
The bedrooms each have a 140cm bed with quality mattresses, the living room with a new convertible sofa fitted with a good 140cm mattress.
The house has a 180 m² private garden and a cellar (storage for snowshoe skis or other equipment possible).

The village is close to Briançon (10mn), a commercial area (5mn), the Ecrins park (20mn), the ski resorts of Puy st Vincent and Pelvoux (20mn) and 1/2 hour from Italy and Montgenèvre station.
A bread distribution service is provided every morning.

Das Haus ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen und super ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles ist gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtet. Der Blick in die Berge ist toll. Sowohl vom Balkon als auch vom Garten. Der Vermieter Laurent war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Gegend gibt es unendlich viel zu entdecken und zu unternehmen. Wir hatten jeden Tag wunderbares Wetter.

Very nice house in a little village

Everything was wonderful! The house is perfect for two couples. Very comfortable beds. Linens and towels are provided. The house is located in small village about 10-15 minutes away from Briançon by car. 10 min from ski lift in Briançon (Prorel). There is a boulangery (fresh croissant every morning) 5 minutes walk. Pizza take away 5 minutes walk (really tasty). Also there is big Carefur store 7 minutes by car. So it is perfect location to stay if you have car. Laurent, the owner if the house is very friendly. Thank Laurent for his warm welcome and hospitality!

Altes, geschmackvoll renoviertes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Dorflage mit schönem Balkon und gegenüber liegendem Garten. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in ale Richtungen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns sehr gute Tips für Ausflüge und Wanderungen gegeben.

Quanto di meglio ci si possa aspettare, per la qualità dell'alloggio e per la gentilezza di Laurent

A casa di Laurent si sta molto bene, tant'è che in cantina erano ospitate due tartarughe in via di risveglio dal letargo. Da segnalare, perché non si legge affatto nel sito, che l'host affitta solo per l'intera settimana e in genere da sabato a sabato. Noi abbiamo deciso di pagare un giorno in più, avendo in programma sei giorni, ma siamo molto contenti di aver ugualmente confermato, per intuito, nonostante l'inaspettata notizia potesse irritare e spingere a cercare altro (sul sito l'offerta era ampia). Il paesino minuscolo di Prell è un posto vero, non ha nulla di turistico, infatti in macelleria ti guardano in tralice, ma invece chiunque incontri ti sorride, come del resto dappertutto in questo angolo di Francia così vicino eppure così diverso dal Piemonte. Due stanze doppie + grande divano letto in soggiorno + due bagni. Personalmente non amo i divani letto, ma tutto bello, molto comodo e molto piacevole. Ciao ciao Gian Luigi

Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor een sportieve week in de Franse Alpen

De woning is over meerdere lagen verdeeld met twee badkamer war garant staat voor de nodige privacy. Op de 1e verdieping is de woonkamer met een royaal terras voor 4 personen. De tuin ligt aan de overzijde van de inrit en is daardoor minder toegankelijk. Groot pluspunt is de (koele) werfkelder waar wij de racefietsen in konden stallen.

Un gïte de caractère pour 2 couples, beau, agréable et tout confort.

Le gïte est situé à Prelles, à 6 km de Briançon. Convenable pour des excursions à pied, en vélo ou en voiture (les grands cols).
