Upstairs, beautiful living room, paneled in larch, 40 m², with large balcony equipped with table and chairs.
On the 2nd floor, almost 30m², equipped with a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and separate WC.
The 2 bathrooms have just been renovated.

Comfortable house: equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, 107 cm TV, WiFI available and essential raclette and fondue devices.
The bedrooms each have a 140cm bed with quality mattresses, the living room with a new convertible sofa fitted with a good 140cm mattress.
The house has a 180 m² private garden and a cellar (storage for snowshoe skis or other equipment possible).

The village is close to Briançon (10mn), a commercial area (5mn), the Ecrins park (20mn), the ski resorts of Puy st Vincent and Pelvoux (20mn) and 1/2 hour from Italy and Montgenèvre station.
A bread distribution service is provided every morning.
