Welcome to Ocean Walk B-6!

Ocean Walk B-6 is a two level townhouse located at the entrance to Ocean Walk Community offering three comfortable bedrooms with two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the main living level. The large living room with flat screened TV, electric fireplace is the home's gathering center. There is a patio off of the living room. The kitchen has been completely updated along with new flooring throughout. There is also a 1/2 bath located downstairs.

Upstairs is where you will find three super-nice, comfortable bedrooms. The master has a king-sized bed, ceiling fan and en-suite with a tub/shower combination. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan; the second guest bedroom has a set of adorable twin beds with a ceiling fan. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination complements these two bedrooms.

Ocean Walk is a picturesque condominium community within walking and biking distance of the Village Pier, shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. The very large campus offers a park like setting with century old oaks shading the various buildings. Palm trees and colorful foliage landscape the two large swimming pools, one of which is heated from September - April each year. Other community amenities include a sizeable duck pond with fountain, a fitness center, tennis court and a children's playground.
