Luxury villa with sea views in the secure Royal Palm Resort Pool

BOOK IN TIME !!!
Because I use a good price / quality ratio, my house is always rented out quickly. I notice that I get regular customers who return regularly. So do not wait too long ........

What do I have to offer:
A luxurious and well located 6/7-person house with sea view on guarded resort with swimming pool.

The house is centrally located on the island so that amenities and attractions are close by. The location t. o.v. the sea is excellent. 200 meters from the house there is a beach and sitting on the terrace (the porch) there is an excellent view of the sea. You will find that the resort is located on a jogging trail, a form of sport that is practiced much in Curacao.
Then there is the historical center of Willemstad (Punda and Otrobando separated by the pontoon bridge) nearby. There is also a large supermarket in the area "Center", where everything is getting.

It is a luxury 6/7-person house with air conditioning in all rooms. The ground floor has a living / dining room with open kitchen and a small two-bedroom with a shower. Upstairs there are two spacious 2 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower (including hot water !!) and toilet. There is an extra sofa bed in the main bedroom.
At the front of the house there is a large porch with sea views. In the afternoon when the sun is on the front, it is often a good place at the back of the house which is full in the wind and therefore feels cool.
The house is fully equipped.
There is also free fast WiFi internet and a TV with American and Spanish channels as well as Dutch channels.

Our stay was fantastic. Everything was in working order and as described in the listing. Marion gave extremely complete instructions and together with her housekeeper Jossette took care of every detail. I could not be more pleased that placed our accomodation decision in Marion's hands. The beach was a lovely 5-10 minute walk and offered great snorkeling. The pool very close as well, and was not crowded at any time we visited. Most times we had the place to ourselves. The is a lovely breeze that passes through the apartment if the front and back doors are open. The apartment is fully air conditioned, but you won't need the main living room air conditioner running since it is so pleasant without it. For utility costs, it was approx 10/day running the air conditioners in the bedrooms at night at 25C and using the washing machine every day. I really appreciated the apartment was well stocked with kitchen items, spices, oil, etc. Outdoor seating was excellent, with an area in the front and back, very spacious for our 5 travelers. Our of our group was somewhat disabled, and found everything they needed on the first level -- no need to go upstairs! If anything can be improved, it would be to add a hammock in the back to enjoy the night outside. Once again, I loved our stay and widh to return as soon as I can. Thanks Marion!!!

Geschikt huis op prachtige locatie

Prima week gehad. Locale beheerder nog 2x langs geweest, goed gevoel. Compound is prettig, veilig.

We had a great stay at this bungalow. We stayed 2 weeks. It was perfect. Cozy, clean, spacious, we did great cooking in the well appointed kitchen and with the access to the gorgeous pool. The Royal Palm Resort is a wonderful place to relax. Amazing. And thanks to Josette the great Housekeeper :-))) My sister and my girlfriend really liked it! Thanks for everything!

Leuk huis!

Zeer fijne woning van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede ligging precies tussen willemstad en alle mooie stranden richting westpunt in. Het resort is zeer aangenaam en heeft een fijn zwembad.

heerlijk verblijf in prachtige woning

Heerlijk huis,uitzicht op zee als je buiten op het terras zit,rustig park!Overal dichtbij.Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien.Het is ons zo goed bevallen dat we het voor de derde keer hebben vast gezet.
