1 Bedroom Condo, with Available Sofa Bed, Sleeps 4. Wonderful Mountain Views.
The condo is located 75 miles from Denver, approx 1 hr 30 min from Denver International Airport. An easy drive as you take the I 70 freeway straight from the airport to Dillon. While the condo is located on the second floor facing west, the building entry is 3 steps up from the parking lot on the east side, the condo is on that level, which allows for easy unloading of luggage. For skier's and boarders the condo's proximity to six major resorts, the nearest being Arapahoe basin, Loveland, Keystone and Copper makes it ideal for winter getaway's. Summer activities include Lake Dillon and the entertainment available at the amphitheater close to the lake. Climbing, hiking and walking opportunities abound. If climbing a 14er is in your summer plans, Gray's and Torrey's are close at hand as are leisurely walks of cycles around the lake. The condo is located near the club house with its pool, sauna and hot tub which are available free of charge to guests. WiFi, pool table and credit card or coin operated laundry are available in the club house building. WiFi also available in the condo.The complex has tennis courts a basketball court for those wishing to exercise their lungs at high altitude. This condo has been extensively remodeled since it was purchased. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you might need to create that stay at home meal. Flat screen TV, cable TV, DVD and CD player for your use. The condo sleeps 4, queen size bed in bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Two parking passes are available to guests. One assigned parking spot. We typically respond to all booking requests in less than 24 hrs.

The overall complex and feel is a bit dated but the condo itself was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great. This unit was great for the price point and close to the amphitheater which was our purpose of travel. I'd recommend walking up the road a short distance where you will find an easy to navigate trail along the stream. All in all a good landing spot if you are looking for clean and simple.

Great stay for mother-daughter ski weekend!

Location and amenities were perfect for a ski weekend with mother at Copper Mountain. We especially enjoyed having the extra bed from the pull-out couch, the beautiful views from the balcony, and using the hot tub!

Great condo

We had a wonderful vacation stay at this condo! My husband, two kids, and I were thrilled with the spacious layout, cleanliness, and the fact that it was fully stocked with all the necessities we could need. Great getaway

The condo was updated and very clean, just the right size for two people. It was a peaceful getaway in beautiful Summit County. We had a great time riding our mountain bikes from the condo out along the Oro Grande trail that took us to Summit Cove. Thank you for your great support Eileen; you are wonderful!

Timely get away, just what we needed!

About 7 months ago before the pandemic ensued. The son of some friends of ours was planning on getting married in Dillon. I looked on line as I always do on VRBO to find what was available. I look for not necessarily the cheapest, but the best value. I came across this condo that was reasonable and well located for the wedding and associated activities. Fortunately we came across a very informative and pleasant owner interested in what we needed as well as protecting her property. We had many conversations back and forth trying to negotiate the ongoing pandemic and still preserve our trip. Many thanks Eileen for providing us a clean, well furnished, and comfortable temporary home away from home during these crazy times! TC Hector & Jane

Kitchen was fully stocked, couches were very comfortable, bedroom was great, and deep large bathtub

This property marked all the boxes. Convenient parking, only 5 steps from your condo door. Fun dvd selection to watch some movies. Enough space for my 2yr old to bring a suitcase full of her toys to play with while I was skiing. Bathtub was large and nice to relax in after a long day on slopes. Plenty of blankets to curl up in while watching TV. My one and only issue was the fact that the heat on night 1, didn’t get turned up high enough so we were cold all night. But the next 3 nights I turned it to 90 and it heated to 75. That was more like it. I just didn’t realize I needed to raise it up that much. It’s an old theromostat. But like I said, everything else was great. The TV is on the smaller side, maybe a 32 in, and a 50 would be ideal these days. Overall, we really enjoyed our time, the proximity to the mountains and scenery was fantastic. We will return!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our ski trip! The space was perfect for the two of us. After a long day on the slopes, the access to the hot tub was a huge highlight. The location was great, with easy access to i70, and nearby shops/restaurants.

Comfy and good location

Very comfortable bed and great kitchen with everything one would need including lots of spices. I would have preferred written instructions in the room for Wi-Fi, leaving procedures, etc instead of via email, which I especially like to avoid while on vacation.
