The modern cube-designed building is one of a kind in Medellin and Colombia. Bright floor-to-ceiling windows that illuminate the apartment during the day and night. This apartment features an open layout type design with the ability to sleep 3 guests comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom and a convertible sofa bed in the office. During the hot mornings and afternoons in Medellin, you will enjoy the rare Air Conditioning in this apartment. If entertainment is your thing, the apartment features 2 large flat panel televisions (both with full digital cable) with XboxOne and high-speed wifi internet and a separate designer desk. The apartment has unobstructed mountain views and the ability to open the windows completely so you can enjoy the breeze at nighttime. The apartment also features a combination washer and dryer as well as a full kitchen and stainless steel refrigerator. The master bathroom features a rain shower with a constant hot water heater. The apartment is located in the El Poblado area of Medellin, which features the top nightlife and top restaurants for your enjoyment. Energy Living 1904 very nice

I really enjoy Energy Living in El Poblado and have stayed here several times. Security guards are on the property 24/7 at the front desk, are friendly/ professional and are of help with questions/ taxis/ concerns/ issues. The restaurant/ coffee shop on site are excellent. The internet is fast/ reliable. Laura/ Andre of vrbo are very helpful and responds/solves quickly to questions/issues. The condo is clean and well equipped. There is a washer/dryer. The A/C unit in the master bedroom cools the condo quickly. Awesome view from the wall of windows.On the 22nd floor is a gym/ pool and sitting area have excellent views of the city and mountains.

Beautiful clean modern apartment in a desirable neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearbye. The neighborhood is quite hilly so can be a challenge walking but Ubers are very affordable. Would definitely stay here again.

First class, attractive, comfortable apartment!

We rented this apartment for 16 nights. Check in was easy. Doormen immediately got to know us and in/out was easy in this security building. Parking was provided. Unit has lovely views, looks exactly as pictured — attractive and comfortable. Kitchen is minimal with only very basic utensils (I’m a trained chef!) but I managed to makes some nice meals, of course we went out much of the time. Building has lots of short term rentals — had one noisy night which was quickly resolved after I reported the problem. Loved the roof top pool!!! Check out was easy. We would definitely rent this apartment again!

Great Apartment in the heart of the Medellin!

I found this apartment while researching places to stay in Medellin, Colombia and initially was amazed at the photos. Upon reaching out to the host, I was able to secure a reservation and then made my travel plans to visit this beautiful city. When I arrived at the building, the initial reaction was amazement! The building was beautiful and the apartment was even better than the photos. The layout is very loft-style and allowed for the space within the apartment to feel much large than it really was. The pool on the rooftop was to die for, it was really cool and I spent many days relaxing and taking in the view. I will definitely be back to this apartment when my travels take me to Colombia again! Thank you Laura and Carolina!

The apartment building is located roughly half a mile to the most famous night life scene in Medellin, Parque Lleras. The building has a restaurant/bar in the lobby, they also do room service directly to your room. This area, Parque Lleras, has over a hundred different restaurants, bars, discoteca (nightclubs), and shops. The apartment building also is within walking distance to InterPlaza Mall which has many small restaurants, cafes, a salon and a few shops along with a bank/ATM. The Poblado area is full of things to do, including the Centro Comercial Tesoro and Centro Comercial SantaFe (largest in Medellin). Easy access to via las palmas and the rest of the Medellin Highway System allow for this apartment to be perfectly located for your travel to Medellin!

What makes this property unique

The apartment is located directly on the Transversal Inferior which is a throughway within the El Poblado zone and Calle 10 which is another main road within the El Poblado zone. The apartment has access to multiple bus stops as well as a supermarket within walking distance. Taxies can be arranged by the security guards at the front desk of the building, or you can always order a ride-sharing service like Uber. The apartment offers 1 parking space which is free to our guests and allows you to rent a car. There are a few rental agencies that we can recommend, and a few that are located in the main airport.
