Soak up the sun while staying at this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom / 2 full bath condo at Gulf Harbour Yacht & Country Club Community, located in Fort Myers Florida. Start your day having breakfast, or relaxing before bedtime on the spacious lanai.

This condo has a resort-like feel in a quiet gated community. With 1,850 sq ft, this condo provides plenty of privacy and room to spread out. This is located on the SECOND floor (no elevator).

The main bedroom features a king size bed, television, private bath, two separate walk-in closets, a walk-out to the lanai, and gorgeous views overlooking the golf course.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, television, and the third bedroom has twin beds.
This condo offers two full bathrooms.

This unit is tastefully decorated with a relaxing feel and lives up to the expectations that come with Gulf Harbour living!

This gated community offers complimentary access to the sub-division pool, (We do not have membership to use the Country Club or Sports Membership Pool), hot tub, and outdoor grills.

Gulf Harbour is rated among the top most desired communities within the Fort Myers/Sanibel area. Voted the best water front community in the area its perfect for relaxing or going for a nice walk.

Membership to the country club or sports membership NOT INCLUDED with this condo, but there are many nearby golf courses for your enjoyment.

Spend your vacation time relaxing poolside, or at the beach with only minutes away to both beautiful Sanibel Island, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beaches. Visit Time Square at Ft. Myers Beach and buy souvenirs, treat yourself to an ice cream, drinks, or dinner at one of the restaurants/bars and enjoy the sunsets.

With the unlimited dining, shopping and entertainment activities you will want to make this your home for any season!

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS AND NOTES:

BOOKING MUST BE MADE TWO WEEKS or more in advance prior to check-in due to the HOA requirements and screening.

HOA Application Fees (approx $200.00) will be the TENANT'S (renter's) responsibility. The lease (lease is required) and applications are turned into the HOA for approval, AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING.

Lease is contingent on HOA approval.
Minimum 30-31 day rental. No pets per HOA, unless it is a service pet, and then you must have a written letter from your doctor (on-line certificates, not permitted). Service Animals must be approved by the HOA Board. An additional deposit may be required for service animals.

Garage not available for use, as we use it for storage. Driveway parking is available.

Full month rental required (i.e. must rent the first through the thirtieth or thirty-first, beginning to end of month). We cannot split months.

Please put all used plates, flatware, cups, etc in the dishwasher and start. Thank you! Temperature to remain between 73-75 degrees at all times.

Pleasant stay

The property was spacious and clean. It is located in a beautiful community with friendly neighbors. The living room was very comfortable and we enjoyed watching the golfers from the outdoor lanai. The owners were very responsive.

Wow. Great condo!

The owners, Theresa and Rick, were so accommodating, cordial and helpful. Thanks for the unexpected welcoming wine bottle too! We thoroughly enjoyed walking in the beautiful neighborhood, and engaging neighbors. The bed is comfortable, and quiet, the master bath therapeutic, and screened porch is a relaxing respite at anytime during the day. The condo is well stocked and attractively appointed. We enjoyed the local area too with great restaurants and groceries nearby. The beach is close too. When we are back in Fort Myers in the future, we’ll check if this condo is available first.

Friendly owners

Friendly owners and neighbors! I rented this condo for my mom to be close to me for the month she was extremely happy with the overall condition of the unit, the neighborhood, and the location! We will probably be back again next year The owners of this unit are very friendly and available I would definitely do business with them in the future

Relaxing Vacation

What a lovely condo and so beautifully decorated! Sitting on the lanai for morning coffee and evening cocktails was such a plus! My husband and I are both golfers so we were able to enjoy watching the golf from the lanai. Very spacious with all the comforts of home. The beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. A great location for shopping, dining and going to the beaches. Would love to come back!

Because this condo is so beautiful inside. Wood floors, travertine tile, granite countertops, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. All the comforts of home. The grounds of the community are well-maintained, and the area is so beautiful. It is a gated community and the people in the community are so nice.

What makes this property unique

10 Minutes away from Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva - that means 10 minutes away to watching the beautiful sunsets with a blanket, and your favorite wine. Another thing Rick and I love, is how close you are to the Florida Keys. Buy your tickets, hop on the Key West Express, and be in Key West in three to four hours. The Key West Express has many amentities to make the ride comfortable.
