This first floor condominium with a pool directly outside your condo and shopping a very short distance away has been renovated with new kitchen and updated bathrooms.. Rental includes all utilities, all housewares and linens, cable, TVs, a Keurig and wi-fi. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and TV. Washer and dryer included. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and a TV. Unit has large screened lanai which has storm shutters The living room has double sliders leading to the lanai as does the master bedroom. A TV is located in the living room across from comfortable sofa seats. There is an attached bathroom to the master bedroom as well as a separate bathroom for the second bedroom. Beautiful lake views from window and lanai. Access to fitness facilities included at clubhouse which offers numerous activities. Building has elevator if needed. Dedicated covered parking and storage shed directly in front of building.
