Sabal Pointe at Majestic Palms 1004 Near beach Townhome. Sanibel/Captiva/Fort

Relax and enjoy your month or longer stay at Sabal Pointe @ Majestic Palms located near the beaches of Sanibel & Captiva Islands as well as Fort Myers Beach. Our home away from home is an upstairs townhome featuring 3 bedrooms with the spacious master bedroom suite offering a very comfortable queen sized bed and en suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with the second guest bedroom having a trundle bed (two twins) that can convert into a king, 2 bathrooms with over 1700 sq feet of living space. The private screened lanai is a great space to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or late evening cocktail. You can open the sliders up and feel the breeze throughout the entire property. The owners have completely renovated the entire home featuring teak hardwood flooring, dark wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, flat panel TV's and so much more. The community features a large heated pool, hot tub and bbq grilling area. The location is just minutes to the world famous Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beaches. Our convenient location also is an easy drive to Downtown Fort Myers, Estero and Naples. We look forward to welcoming you to our paradise home on your upcoming vacation.

Great Location and Plenty of Space! Ryan addressed our minor concerns promptly. Friendly and Safe neighborhood and the Pool is just steps away (and its heated.) Lovely Lake View from Large Screened-in Lanai!

Our family stayed here basically the month of June. It was wonderful! There was ample room and everything we needed. We did have a couple things that needed addressed such as a smoke alarm needing batteries replaced, a closet light, slow drain and refrigerator had a broken drawer when we arrived. The smoke alarm and light areas were too high for us to reach and needed maintenance assistance. These were taken care of pretty quickly. There was issue checking in and we had to call for help and things were reset but that was nothing big. By the end of the month we were sad to leave as we felt at home our entire stay. It was definitely a slower time of year in the area but we very much enjoyed that especially at the pool. The home itself is roomy, beautifully taken care of and relaxing. We hope to return again preferably sooner rather than later! Thank you so much!!

Majestic Palms

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had all the things that we needed. We really enjoyed the lanai, and watching the flordia wildlife from it. We also enjoyed having the pool right across the street from our unit. Although we arrived right after hurricane Ian, and couldn't visit places we were interested in seeing. Our experience was still fantastic, and maybe sometime in the future we may return. I would definitely recommend this condo to anybody that would like to visit Ft. Myers.

We loved the condo.

We loved the condo. It was exactly as pictured, and had nearly everything we needed. Loved the lanai,and watching the wildlife in the pond. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We really only dealt with the entrance staff, even though we had a license we sometimes had a difficult time entering.

We only had a problem with security gate entrance. After giving our license we had to continue answering questions until four days before we left they recognize who we were. Kept asked us who we were visiting, we were renting there for a month!!!
