3 BR condo, newly renovated, close to Fort Myers beach and Sanibel Island. Come unwind and relax. Quiet location and close to most. Fully furnished with new furniture. This retreat condo has an upgraded kitchen that allows for bar stool seating in addition to the dining area. The master and guest bedrooms have large flat screen TV's in each room. Fridge, washer and dryer replaced in the last year.

Great stay.

The three bedroom, two bath condo was spacious and very clean; it has a fully stocked kitchen including an air fryer. There were plenty of linens and also chairs for the beach. The appliances all appeared to be new and worked great. We had no major issues, but the host was very responsive to the questions that we did have. The pool and hot tub were very close to the condo. The lanai was small, but had sun in the morning. We would highly recommend staying here.

Just what we needed after Hurricane Ian

We felt so lucky to stay in this beautiful location while awaiting the repair to our home after the hurricane. The condo was better than described in VRBO. It was very comfortable, clean, had a nice lanai and just what we hoped it would be. Perry Q was an excellent host. He responded very quickly whenever we had a question. I would recommend it for a quiet vacation that was near to everything Fort Myers has to offer.

Perry Condo is Perfect

Perry was an awesome host, very quick with responses and helpful. The place was perfect as it was just a few miles from Fort Myers Beach being we were there to clean the up Hurricane Ian. This property was not affected by the hurricane and was perfect for what we needed. Thank you Perry for all of your hospitality.
