We are Ohio snowbirds who love the Fort Myers Beach area and have vacationed here for many years before buying our vacation home at Quail Run Condos.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is very safe and walking friendly. We love to go out on our Kayak/Stand-up paddle boards at Fort Myers Beach, Bunche Beach and Sanibel Island Beach, which are only a short 10-15 minute drive.

What makes this property unique

If you are a boating enthusiast, Peppertree Point Marina has a boat launch area for owners and guests to use. Direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
