On the beach of Ayguades de Gruissan, this apartment is located on the first and last floor of a closed residence with swimming pool, ideally located to take full advantage of the immense sandy beach watched over in summer. The residence has direct access to the beach. 3 km long beach with a gentle slope ideal for the safe swimming of children, even young children.
South-South-West exposure which guarantees an excellent luminosity of the apartment even out of season.
Apartment composed of a bedroom with two bunk beds, a large mezzanine bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and sink, a toilet, a kitchen-living room with sea view, opening onto a large terrace.
TV, Hifi, Internet, kitchen with traditional combined oven and microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine.
Ideal for couples with children.
Security deposit of 400 € to be paid on site.

La plage en juin

Sejour détente dans ce logement tres bien équipé, joliment décoré, où on peut profiter de la vue sur la belle plage et la mer depuis la terrasse. Commerces, restos, location de velos à proximité, on fait tout à pied ou a velo. Le bain en piscine a ete bienvenu lirsque le drapeau de la plage a tourné rouge.

Es war wieder sehr schön in der Anlage nahe Gruissan. Der Ort ist wirkich auch sehr schön, dreimal in der Woche ist Markt. Man bekommt alles was das Herz begehrt, auch wenn man selbst kochen möchte ist alles dafür vorhanden. Unübertroffen ist natürlich der Ausblick auf den Strand und der Strand selbst auf dem ja fast wohnt. Fabrice ist ein guter Gastgeber, er ist immer gut und schnell per Mail erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, nur wenige Meter zum Strand, perfekte Ausstattung

Man hat einen herrlichen Blick zum Strand, den man über einen Durchgang nach wenigen Metern erreicht. Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar klein, aber gemütlich und mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die man für Balkon, Strand und Küche braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
