About this property

Basque farmhouse with swimming pool

Basque farmhouse eighteenth completely renovated in a green setting of 1. 5 acres.
Ground floor barn became a stay of 60m2, the butcher of the village during the interwar period a large kitchen and a storeroom.
Upstairs, the kitchen gave way to a bedroom, the other 3 bedrooms have been refurbished in a large bedroom and a large dressing.
The back kitchen was transformed into a bathroom / shower room to which we added a room.
La Fenière has given way to two other rooms.

Outside, the ground was decorated with a heated infinity pool of 10 * 5 surrounded by two wooden terraces of 184 m2 with panoramic views of the village.

There is also a large petanque for lovers ....
A huge courtyard in front of the farm will allow children to bike or trampoline.

Maison authentique avec piscine et belle vue

Nous avons passé des vacances formidable dans cette maison. Une vraie maison authentique avec du flaire où il semble que des gens y habitent le reste de l'année. Le contraire de maisons stériles qui ne sont là que pour les touristes. Tout en étant isolée et en profitant du calme pour notre groupe, la maison est bien située. Pas loin de Bayonne et autres et attractions du pays basque et des Pyrénées. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine du terrain de boules, la cuisine bien équipée, plancha, babyfoot et autres équipements. Un chemin de randonnée est tout proche de la maison. Des ventilateurs seraient bien utile dans les chambres pour les nuits de forte chaleur.

Super Maison confortable

Super accueil du propriétaire. La maison est grande et confortable même à 10, tout le monde à de l'espace....toutes les pièces sont bien sont très bien équipée, que ce soit la cuisine, le salon ou les chambres....la piscine est suffisamment grande et chauffée. Et de plus, la maison est au calme et pas très loin de la ville.....au top

Un séjour très agréable en pleine nature dans une maison bien équipée et un accueil chaleureux.

Nous étions 6 adultes et 6 enfants (5 à 17 ans) et avons profité de la piscine, du terrain de pétanque, de la plancha, du babyfoot, des fléchettes. La literie est excellente. La maison est très bien située entre Bayonne et Biarritz. Les moutons nous ont tenus compagnie. Les hôtes sont sympas et accommodants. Le seul bémol concerne l’équipement audio-visuel assez sommaire mais nous avions prévu nos enceintes. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
