The Villa is located 6 km from the Port of Kea. It is situated on a Hill, near Otzias, a prominent sandy beach, of 1.5 km length, well-known for its beautiful trees (Almirikia). Apart from this one, two other secluded beaches of pristine beauty are found in the area.
The property is situated on a spacious site of 9,000 square meters and its position is strategic offering a 360o panoramic view. In particular, it offers spectacular sunset views, over the Aegean Sea, as far as Evia Island on the one hand and on the other, over the Mountains of the Main Land and the City of Ioulis.
This elegant Stone Villa is newly built (2006) and is characterised of very high quality standards. It was designed to provide the amenities of contemporary lifestyle and in parallel its architecture pursues the traditional, local one of the Cycladic Islands, with its well-known sustainable features.
Two separate and totally independent houses are offered; located on the ground and on the first floor respectively. Both of them are secluded, of different access in different orientation, and quiet. They both have exquisite panoramic views, their own terraces, garden and barbecue access.

A villa holiday to die for.

The villa is set in a peaceful area with great views and within easy reach of the port and several excellent beaches. It is beautifully furnished and lacks nothing in terms of equipment, even down to toothpicks! We already look forward to our next visit. The owners are a delightful couple for whom nothing is too much trouble.

Beautyful and relaxing

We stayed in Akrotiri on the island Kea for three weeks during July. The villa is situated in a great location near Otzias. We had breakfast everyday on the beautiful terrace overlooking the landscape and Ioulida, the island's capital. During the day we visited nice remote beaches around the island or we went for a walk to discover the historical sites with excavations of ancient Kea and the landscape with its typical valleys and oak forests. In the late afternoon sitting on the terrace again we enjoyed the sunset looking over the sea. In the evening we often went to a tavern named „Annas” located in Otzias offering delicious local food. The house we rented was very spacious, maintained, clean and well equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher. There was a great atmosphere. Maria and Vagelis the owners of our accommodation were very kind and helpful. They provided good customer service, when we had questions or needed help. It was really restful and relaxing for our family staying on that beautyful island. We can recommend this property to all of our friends. Thank you Birgitt, Hari and Ionuts

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay in this property. The house is very confortable, extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean and very spacious compared to other houses we stayed in. Also safe for kids! The terrasse has wonderful views - we spent hours there relaxing and looking at the stars and ships with our 2,5 year old boy. The beautiful family friendly beach of Otzias is a very short drive away (parking is never a problem). The house is an ideal place for a family! What made our stay even more pleasant was the hospitality of Maria and Vagelis. They are extremely kind and welcoming people. We can only recommend this place! Thank you very much Maria and Vagelis! Amazing stay. In Greece in a wonderfull place

Vagelis welcome us to make everything easy. All along our stay Maria took care of us. The architecture of the house designed by Vagelis himself and Maria is just a dream , each detail is perfect, quality of the material, the design inside ... And the amazing view from the terass!

Amazing Holidays

What a great place! My husband and I, along with another couple, just had an amazing week at Akrotiri villa. The property is elegant and spotlessly clean. All interior spaces are fully equipped and of high quality furnishing. The kitchen is stylish and convenient, and we very much liked making breakfast every morning and enjoy it outside. We loved the terrace and its sunset views. It also has both sunny and shadowed areas, which are big enough, allowing for very comfortable dining or relaxing times. The house is placed at a great location. It is peaceful and at the same time close enough to the main villages of the island. Otzias beach is beautiful, with nice restaurants and really close to the house, as well. Overall, a fantastic stay. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you!

Perfect

The most appropriate place for a holiday. the owners were incredibly kind and helpful, with a strong feeling of Greek hospitality. The rooms are exactly what the photos show and the price is perfect for what it offers. For a family with 2 and even 3 kids is just the ideal place to relax! I fully recommend it !

Wonderful and peaceful villa in Kea

We (a french family with 3 kids) have spent 2 wonderful weeks in the house of Vagelis. The location of the villa is perfect, close to Otzias beach and village. It is peaceful (no neighbours) and the view from the terrace is beautiful (the sea on one side and the hills on the other with the view on Ioulida -the main village- The house is brand new, clean and with everything you need (the kitchen especially is fully equipped with all and much more than you really need). The house is stone-made and really beautiful, inside and outside. It is decorated with a lot of taste We spent ends of afternoon relaxing and reading on the terrace and then looking at the sunset. If you need something, you can ask Vagelis and his wife, who are really nice and helpful and will provide you the answer you need. Kea is a nice island, with very few tourists (by comparison with other Cycaldes) and with a lot of wonderful beaches with warm and crystal clear waters. There also several footpaths (someone of them leading to beach only reachable by boat otherwise). Those were great vacations and it was really hard to leave this place that we clearly and definitely recommend. Axel, Sophie, Lucille, Simon & Victor

It was my dream to built a house in Kea, although I have travelled in many greek islands. This was the one that attracted me most.

The house is of high quality standards and pursues the sustainable architecture of cycladic islands.
It is found 7 minutes away from the Port, built in a peaceful area with stunning views and easy access to the beaches.
Both of the bedrooms have their own bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the living-dinning room has a TV, Cd and Radio Player and Wireless Internet.
