Beautiful escape very close to the KP hole, minutes away from downtown Dunnellon and a short thirty minute drive to the new Ocala World Equestrian Center. There is also an outdoor patio with a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, a dining table/ chairs and sofas/chairs for enjoying nature. Corn hole and Bocce ball games are also on the patio for your enjoyment. Home is somewhat secluded and is on a 3 acre lot. In the evening you may see some deer wander by.

If lounging around the house and enjoying the peace and quiet is not what you're after then take a quick trip downtown where you can find a wide variety of shops and dining. If you are into exercise there are several city, county and state parks for walking along the water, hiking, biking on the trail, tubing down the crystal clear waters of the rainbow river, canoeing or kayaking. Go down the Withlacoochee River to see the abundant wildlife or go fishing on nearby Lake Rousseau. There is also horseback riding and several golf courses to choose from.

Explore the coast with a quick 40 minute drive to Crystal River, Homosassa Springs or Weeki Wachee.

Dunnellon is a quiet little town that is surrounded by so many natural attractions and things to do but also within driving distance of Disney, MGM, Universal Studios and Wet and Wild.
