Very responsive host. She made sure we were comfortable and had the place cleaned when we mentioned about the cleanliness of the place. She even bought new sheets. Overall a good stay.
This is a return stay at the property in the poconos. The house is perfect for our family with ample space for all. It’s in a great location with lots of local activities close by. The host is most responsive. We love that the home accommodates our dogs as well! We had a great time and hope to return again next summer!
The place was clean and big and the check inprocedures and the communications were extremely easy and very professional, family had a wonderful time , the tubing was fun and exciting. Recommend a family vacation to Camelback.
House was immaculate ! Clean, organized and everything you need for your stay. Everything was provided. Our party of 10, 3 families, with 4 small children, had excellent accommodations for sleeping arrangements - each family had their own floor in the home, complete with their own bathroom/showers. The main floor view was the centerpiece of the home; you can literally see miles and miles, since you are at the top of the mountain - even all the resorts nearby are visible. The location is outstanding, with alot to do locally - waterparks, hikes, mountain adventures - we kept busy every day. We definitely will be back !
Absolutely beautiful home well decorated and very well kept. Had a wonderful couple days with family and celebrated my nieces eight-year-old birthday. The skiing conditions in the morning were also great for this time of year. Afternoon maybe not so much.
The property was clean and very spacious, with plenty of room for me and my friends. We had close access to the Waterpark and other activities as well. We had a great time!
Our birthday celebration in Tannersville was absolutely incredible! A huge part of the success was our host, Constance. She was incredibly thorough with her pre-check-in instructions, which resulted in a flawless, stress-free arrival. Checking out was just as smooth, thanks to her excellent communication from start to finish. The house itself was amazing—incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and absolutely perfect for our group. A major highlight was the fully equipped kitchen. It had absolutely everything we needed to whip up early breakfasts before heading out for our long, action-packed days. The location was unbeatable for adventure. We packed our schedules with horseback riding, thrilling UTV rides, and an epic day of paintball. We also hit up the Poconos Outlets for some great shopping, hung out at the Camelback arcade, and sampled amazing food at various local restaurants.Another standout was the gated community itself. The security team was incredibly courteous, professional, and welcoming, which gave our entire group total peace of mind throughout the stay. It was the perfect mix of a high-end home base, high-energy adventure, and a safe environment. Constance is a fantastic host, and we will definitely be back!
The house is beautiful and the host is awesome. Communication was great. Location is phenomenal. You won’t be disappointed at all about renting this lovely house for your family getaway.
The property was just as it said it would be and then some. Plenty of room but cozy at the same time. Great for a large family or a bunch of friends. Scenery from the balcony was beautiful!
I’m a grandmother ( recently widowed ) and I brought my kids and grandkids for a getaway to camelback water park and skiing. They had a great time! The townhouse was clean, well equipped with a beautiful view from of top of the mountain!
Overall, the stay was very good. The property was well-maintained and spacious. The gate entrance was challenging because the internet access at that point was weak. The view of the Poconos Mountains was spectacular. Two minor problems: a bandage was found in one of the beds and a cracker was found in another bed.
This cabin knocked all of our expectations out of the water! We really loved staying here with our family / siblings. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed snowboarding for one of the days over the weekend. Coming in to warm up and have lunch was special. Our host was accommodating and very responsive! Would highly recommend!
Very nice unit with a great view. Well maintained and well stocked with nice extra touches like 2 coffee makers, blender, toaster. Nice large washer and dryer. Plenty of dishes and utensils. The only thing that was not ideal is the parking. You are only allowed 2 cars per unit and we had 3. So one car had to be parked in a lot at the very bottom of the mountain. Walking up and down such steep roads is not ideal especially at night. Other than that, we had a great stay and will come back again if the opportunity arises.
Constance’s house was absolutely beautiful (such nice decor!) and spacious for our family. She was extremely responsive and accessible. Instructions and pre-visit communications were on point. The house was well stocked with toiletries, bedding, towels, cooking supplies etc. The house location in the poconos was perfect for local activities and relaxation. The poconos village complex rules are strict and entering the housing complex daily and checking in at main office were the only frustrations. The pros of this particular house outweighed the cons of the complex. They do have rounding security to ensure safety which is a plus. We would definitely return to Constance’s house! Thx for a great stay!
The townhouse and area was beautiful. Was in the area for our sons’s wedding. It was roomy and clean and well taken care of. Constance was available for a few questions we had and was friendly and helpful. Location was a bit far from the wedding activities, but would be perfect for hiking and skiing. The office has this down to make it easy for renters. Everything we needed was there. My only suggestion for the owner would be to provide a re-usable coffee filter. And the coffee maker didn’t work well. I would highly recommend this townhouse and owner.
We had a great stay at the home and the layout was perfect for our group of two 5-person families. The host was very easy to reach during our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked. Kids loved each of the rooms. The home being on the top of the mountain made for great views, but did make it challenging to reach our home during a snowy weekend. I have an AWD SUV and I was not make it all the way up the mountain when we got a few inches of snow due to some steep grades. I parked the car at a lower parking lot and walked up a couple of blocks to reach the home. The road crews worked hard though and I was able to get my car the next day.
Our winter family ski trip this year was amazing! Days prior to our trip I had many questions as this was my 17 month old granddaughter’s first ski trip. And she was ready. My favorite uncle and aunt, my sister-in-law and her four children, my brother works overseas, and this last minute decision during winter break could not have gone smoother thanks to our wonderful and amazing host Constance. Her genuine kindness and accommodating ways you cannot measure. A host like no other and I rent via VRBO many times thru out the year - her responsiveness always within minutes each and every time I reached out, before, during an even after returning home her kindness and genuine caring ways wanting to ensure our trip would be memorable. My family has rented many homes in this area and both the house and Constance, the “hostess with the mostest” I give 10 stars!! The house was exactly as advertised, and the view was absolutely amazing. Clearly family is very important to Constance and making memories is what family is about and what wonderful memories we ! Constance so very conscientious to our wanting to make this a very memorable trip she was the key and paved the way bringing smiles for miles to each and every one of us! Highly recommend to anyone who comes across this listing to book it without hesitation. We can’t wait to return next year. Sincere thank you Constance and we will def see you next year!!! I booked this for a staycation Bachelorette weekend for my bestie, myself and 7 other adults. This was a perfect location! We all had plenty of space -- everyone was impressed at how the house just seemed to keep going! It was especially helpful to have so many bathrooms. The house was so cozy and we were able to cook and watch a movie all together without any trouble. The location is about 20 minutes away from Stroudsburg, which we went to on a few occasions. The house was incredibly clean and it is clear that the hosts thought of everything their guests may need. The only minor issue is the fact that it takes about 5 minutes to drive down the mountain to drop off the trash and get to the overflow parking lot. It wasn't a huge problem for us, especially because being at the top of the mountain means the views are amazing and that there wasn't a lot of traffic past the house. All in all, this was one of the best rental houses I've ever been in! The host was super accommodating and responsive. I would recommend this to anyone!

Why they chose this property
This townhouse has the BEST VIEWS in the Poconos. The home sits in the middle of the HIGHEST residential point on Camelback Mountain. Watching the sun come up in the early morning hours is gorgeous. As the sun rises, the rays shine through between the other mountains, illuminating the valleys – it is really stunning. After a rainstorm, the view becomes crystal clear, and the green hills below sparkle. On a hot day, you can see the steam rising through the trees in the evenings- its neat! My favorite time of the year is in Autumn. It is nice and cool to sit outside, and every tree is a different color for miles. In the winter, the snow blankets every surface, and glistens during the day. It is fun to watch the skiers go up and down the slopes, too!
