About this property

Independent housing exposed South East with terrace / electrical store and ground floor (60 m2 in total). Accessible by car (free parking next to the house) or by train (5 min walk).
The maisonette is a two-room air-conditioned located in a quiet area 5 minutes walk from the marina and shops.
It consists of:
 • A living / dining room (sofa bed for 2 people, storage unit and television, dining table and 4 chairs, a service) and a kitchen area (except dishwasher), fridge, hob, extractor hood , electric oven and microwave oven, griddle, toaster, coffee maker, and all the kitchen equipment as well as plates, glasses, cutlery, dishes ... etc. essential for 4 people.
• an independent bedroom with 140x190 bed, new mattress in May 2017, 2 bedside tables with lamp, 1 baby umbrella bed, a large wardrobe / storage racks.
• A bathroom with sink, walk - in shower, WC and storage unit.
• a terrace of 10 m2 with 4 armchairs and a coffee table, electric awning, 1 sunbath, unobstructed view of Fort Béar.

Located 3kms from collioure and 30 kms from Spain, PORT VENDRES has many assets: beautiful and sunny landscapes that you will walk on foot through the coastal path or bus with the bus to 1 € which will take you from Perpignan to Cerbère through Argelès, the city of Collioure and Banyuls. Albères also offer many opportunities for hikers and cyclists.
Small coves of the Côte Vermeille allow you to enjoy fishing, swimming and diving. The restored site Paulilles between Port Vendres and Banyuls has a great beach and a natural site to visit. Without forgetting a circuit route of the wines of great fame!

les moustiques

les moustiques sont partout, a l'extérieur sur la terrasse et à l'intérieur. Ils vous piquent jour et nuit, c'est invivable. Impossible de rester tranquille. La propriétaire comme la femme de ménage sont bien au courant car ils vivent la même situation lorsqu'ils sont sur place. La note ne correspond pas du tout. A fuire. Aussi pour les personnes avec un léger handicap, vous avez une trentaine de marches à descendre et à monter.

Petite maison très agréable ou nous avons séjourné avec nos deux enfants (5 ans et 1 an). La maison était conforme à l'annonce et était adapté pour une petite famille. Accueil très agréable. On recommande cette adresse.

La maisonnette est suffisante pour 2 personnes mais pas plus... Le système de boîtier pour récupérer les clefs nous a paru un peu compliqué Dommage que nous n'ayons eu aucun contact avec la personne sur place pour quelques conseils de "vive voix"...
