GREAT natural light. The house sits on a 50’ wide, 2000’ long canal w/ a Navy bulkhead from which one can fish off the dock or tether a sea craft. Private beach rights! Bring your boat and bathing suits.

Why they chose this property
This house is my happy place. It has been my happy place for almost 30 years! I want to share my happy place, my little sliver of calm, with you and your family. This is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of anywhere. Grab a drink and sit in the backyard, enjoying nature and stars. Or hop in the hot tub and laugh with your family. Want to stay inside? Grab a blanket and get comfortable watching a movie, with the fireplace roaring. We are perfectly situated between Westhampton Beach and Southampton Village, allowing you to explore all that the Hamptons have to offer.
What makes this property unique
My house is in a private community, with a community playground and private beaches at the end of each block. We have private beaches at the end of every road in the community - this means you can drive to Tiana or Coopers Beach, if you want, but you can also hang out on the bay with no crowds!
