Please note:
• Full access is granted to the house, backyard, and the eastern 100 feet of private beachfront. The Beach Cottage (with separate parking, beach access, and equipment) may be occupied during your stay.
• Optimum internet and cable television are provided.
• There is free onsite parking for 3-4 vehicles in the large backyard.
• After booking, you will receive an email requiring you to e-sign our rental agreement and upload your ID. A $500 deposit will be held on your credit card two days before your stay and released seven days after your departure.

Wonderful family get-away spot!

Grandchildren, grown children, and grandparents all enjoyed this beautiful house and its gorgeous beachfront location for our Thanksgiving celebration together. Even though the weather was cool, the grandchildren enjoyed playing in the sand. We all enjoyed the experience very much.

Spectacular family weekend!

Our married children and our granddaughter had an absolutely wonderful time at this home. The house was clean and beautiful. The view from the master bedroom and from the whole first floor were spectacular. Unfortunately, the weather was not great so we didn’t get much time outdoors, but the house was so beautiful. We had a blast. We hope to be back again.

Rainy weekend

The house has a beautiful view. It fit everyone great. Even with all the rain, it was an incredible back drop and a great weekend. The host was sp nice and so responsive. We were here before wedding and I could not have asked for a better experience.

A Must Stay on the North Fork!

I don't have enough words to describe just how beautiful this house is and how great our stay was! We rented this house along with the accompanying cottage on the property for my wedding weekend and everything was perfect. My family all wanted to buy the house thats how much we loved it. The host, Meredith, is accommodating and also just the sweetest! We will for sure be back.

Perfection for Family Gathering!

This house is amazing! Beautifully designed and everything we could think of was provided. We had a lot of fun together enjoying the water, the kayaks, and the paddle boards. It is quite special as it sits on a large piece of land and feels quite private. The adults enjoyed visiting some of the local vineyards; everyone enjoyed the local produce. The Long Island Aquarium is nearby, the kids and grands loved it! The Great Peconic Bay is stunning - always changing. On our last night we had a thunder storm - this is a beautiful house to watch a good storm in.

Fantastic Beachfront Property

Meredith's home is the perfect family vacation home! On a private 3 acre lot, situated on beautiful Peconic Bay, this home offers all that you could want for a summer beach vacation. The views are spectacular, the deck perfect for an afternoon read and a barbecue dinner and the house is well equipped with everything you need. You will truly feel like you have been invited into a good friend's home. Meredith is a gracious and responsive host who is focused on making sure your stay is the absolute best. 5 stars. All the way.

Wedding Weekend

We rented both the main house and the cottage listed by this host on the same property. The brides family stayed in this 5 bedroom home and we (the groom’s family) stayed in the cottage. First, I must admit to not being the most organized renter and Meredith, the host was gracious and accommodating every step of the way. The location was perfect! We had the bridesmaids at the house the morning of the wedding to get ready and had photos taken of the deck overlooking the water. The pictures are stunning! Both the house and the cottage are equipped with everything you could possibly need and was very clean. We are looking for an excuse to return!

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay here. We were 7 people together for a sibling and mom reunion and the house was very conducive to living and cooking together. The kitchen and living room are one space and connected to the deck which is where we stayed most of the time. The view of the bay was beautiful. It was so quiet here - not a sound from the road and you feel secluded on the property. We took advantage of the kayaks and the hammocks. Everything was clean - beds were comfortable - bathrooms were beautiful -we had an issue with the ice maker and the property manager was immediately there to remedy the situation. The location is central to everything on the north fork so there was lots to do within a short drive. There is a little nature preserve across the street and a creek with wildlife right there, and much farmland nearby, so my morning walks were interesting. Do not hesitate to stay here - looking forward to coming out here again in the future.

We loved our stay at this warm, comfortable home with a spectacular view! I enjoyed watching the sunrise over the bay every morning, simply gorgeous! Appreciated the extras, such as beach towels, keurig cups, to get us started, spices and the beverage fridge. Kitchen had everything we needed! Enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and bonfire pit! Looking forward to visiting again!

Perfect House! Perfect Host!

We rented this lovely home with three couples to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday and it was just the perfect spot as our home base as we explored the stunning North Fork! The house was very well appointed with everything we could need and the fire pit near the water was the perfect (and beautiful) place to end our days. Host Meredith was extremely responsive and helped a lot with our planning with many recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. 10/10 highly recommend!! Thank you for helping make our friend's birthday long weekend so special!

Fantastic beachfront experience

Fabulous Family Vacation

This was our second time staying in this fabulous property. The house is spacious, and set right on Peconic Bay! There is a deck, that walks right out to the beach and bay. We traveled with two 3 year old and one 6 year old. The water is calm for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. The house is so well stocked. You can truly cook in the kitchen. The farm stands near by have the best produce! We will be back!
