The condo had everything we needed for a short stay. Might get a little crowded for 4 people staying multiple days. The location is great - right in Girdwood and easy drive up to Anchorage. The room and furnishings are a bit dated but everything was clean and worked as it should.

Good location, the room needs some TLC. Pans need replacing, carpet is worn, Mattress is hard, toilet is hard to flush, tub takes awhile to drain. TV and Wifi was excellent. View on backside is awesome.

The condo had a lovely view of the mountain out the back door. It was in a great location within walking distance or short driving distance to restaurants and attractions. Condo was very clean and comfortable, but needs some upgrading in terms of aesthetics and lighting.

Nice size, approoriately furnished efficiency with kitchenette. Small patio in back is on next to side of ski slope. So it's quiet and private. Ground floor of building has bakery - coffee shop with outdoor seating and a gift shop, small grocery.

Nice sized efficiency with full kitchen, queen bed plus extra bed with trundle. Large parking lot. Condo unit is at base of ski slope, with small patio. Total priva y in back. Good curtains for s reening daylight. Ground floor of 3 story building has bakery and gift shop. Within 5 minute drive are restaurants and grocery store. Trails nearby. Can't get microwave to start. Lockbox won't close.

We loved the location and how clean everything was. TV worked great Roku worked great coffee was great. I cooked dinner and breakfast no issues. If your looking for Marriott mattresses this might not be your jam but if you just want a clean place to sleep by the action for a reasonable cost it’s a gem

This was a cute little studio apt. The location is spot on. Great access to the mountain and the shops and a quick walk down to Girdwood Brewing. The only thing lacking... mattresses were old, inconsistently supportive and very noisy.

If the owner has put a dime into this place since 1990 I'd be surprised- bed, chairs, bathroom all really worn out and tired. Mold spots in bathroom. Great location but get ready for frat house quality furniture, beds, chairs and tables. Two stars for location.

Quiet spot in a convenient location

We wanted to stay somewhere close to Anchorage the night before our flight out and this spot worked well. It was pretty basic but had everything we needed- beds, bathroom, and some standard kitchen amenities. It was nice to stay somewhere quiet and away from the bustle of the city but still close enough to get to the airport in a timely manner.The property was dated, but the linens were clean and beds comfortable, if a little cramped. (The two twin beds were a single bed with trundle.)There were a lot of great restaurant options in the area, and if we were there for more than a night we’d have enjoyed exploring the shops.The only issue we encountered was the check-in process which involved accessing the keys via a lock box. The box was jammed and we spent about 10 minutes trying to get it to work. Finally got the keys out, but had the same issue getting it to close when we checked out and put the keys back.

Location was fine but condo building old and the condo itself outdated with out beds, kitchen table/chairs and decor on the walls. I just expected better as a Vacasa property. I would NEVER stay here again. THE PHOTO YOU HAVE ATTACHED IS NOT THE CONDO WE STAYED IN. IT DID NOT LOOK AT ALL LIKE THIS!!
