About this property

Our cute and cozy ski condo is located at a perfect spot on the base of Mt. Alyeska. This condo package includes everything needed to cook full meals, rest weary bodies, and to clean up from a long day of playing in the outdoor Alaskan midnight sun! Condo features a queen bed, queen couch pull out, tv, and wifi internet. There is also a community sauna which is open to all guests as well. The Glacier Valley transit system is roughly a 30 second walk from the condo, making getting around town easy!

Girdwood Condo

Great location close to all. Fully equipped kitchen. Constructive criticism is that there are no bedside reading lamps. Owner is easy to contact and helpful.

My two adult daughters stayed here and give it a 10 out of 10. The owner was very communicative and everything was as promised and in order. Great place to stay.

Great rental

This was a great place in a prime location. We were able to walk everywhere. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the place with nice touches like phone chargers, fireplace, and a great stereo system that was easy to use. It was a pretty hot weekend for Girdwood, and my only complaint was that even with fans going it was pretty warm (73 degrees), and there was no patio furniture to hang out on the deck. It would have been a nice reprieve. Overall, it was a great room, great location, and easy to book.

We purchased this condo a couple of years ago as a way for our family to enjoy the ski slopes during the cold Alaska winters. During the summer months we are usually out and about so we love to let other folk use our cozy condo while it is not in use.

What makes this property unique

You have a view of the mountain from the deck, a 30 second walk to the transit system, a 1 min walk to the ski lift and, a 30 second walk to one of Girdwood's favorite restaurants Jack Sprat, a 1 min walk to the liquor store La Bodega, and a 1 min walk to another great place to eat The Bake Shop. Location, location, location! We have small children and this condo is set up for families with or without kids.
